Read moreRed hair and red eyebrow manager is absolutely awful. From the moment I ordered I told them I had two separate orders that needed to be paid for separately. She told me they don't do separate orders. We asked politely why, and she told us "it's not taco bell policy. One order per car" so then I asked her if that was a new policy because all of the other taco bell locations will do that for us but she won't? She then got a major attitude and told us she wouldn't even put our order in separate bags. She said "one order per car and one bag per car". When we got to the window we begged for a separate bag (because we were going to separate locations after we left the taco bell!) and she wouldn't even give us a second bag to split the orders ourselves. She even told the other workers to not give us a bag and she told them not to answer our questions. She got a major attitude with us and was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was absolutely ridiculous. I have never been treated so poorly as I have at this taco bell location. Their "manager" should not be interacting with customers. She was extremely hard to understand (and I am Hispanic and speak Spanish) and she was mean and acted as if it was a pain to simply do things that are literally in her job description. I will never return here again, and it is specifically because of the red eyebrow red haired manager. She should not be allowed to interact with customers. And after reading all of the other reviews... Other people agree...

When asking for vegetarian accommodation like they did before, the cashier wrung up my order wrong and charged me more for the mistake too. Even after I said something, he told me the order was correct when I adjusted for “sub potatoes on the taco” (as in like the potato taco on the value menu) they added potatoes and mixed them with beans in the taco = gross. I didn’t realize this until I had already left and it was a disappointment to get a cold dinner, over charged on my ticket, and told the order was correct even when mentioning something was wrong when they could have double checked and easily fixed it. I am going to make sure I quit...
