Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am on the fence about taco bell. I worked there my first job. They make everything from fresh good stuff and back then they had great bargain 59 cent items, simple taco and bean burritos . Now try have really gotten away from being a bargain low budget pace to get some simple food. Theyake these elaborate things now that are very god but expensive for same food you get at fast food places, try close like 11 or midnight. So these trucks around have been a way beterbargain . I go to Taco Bell spend like 15 bucks and I am still hungry . Can't but few taco and fee bean burritos without shellong out more than 10 bucks . And there portions are small. Don't get me wrong , Iove taco bell. .the flavors are way better then del taco. But there. Premium items at Taco Bell have gotten expensive and small portions. I love gorditied but there small and 5 bucks or more each. I don't like the processed steak yet bring in, I like there beef like ground beef. I think taco bell lost there way in what it always was , lots of good for less then anywhere else. Foor when you don't want to spend a lot of money and be full. It was never gourmet food. Simple ingredients for simple items tat you would buy 5 or 6 of and be full. The places inside any fast food is not an atmosphere. It's few tables like a cafeteria. Taco Bell is a drive through take home kinda place to me. For ten bucks I don't get full. 20 bucks to get full and that's not the cost I want for the simple food I lieay taco bell. Get a burritos supreme sometime try are not bigg at all I used to eat 1 and be good now it's like 2 or 3cewusls the one I used to get. I lie the flavor try have always had, better than other low budget places. It's either be more lie what they used to be or take the step and serve real carne asada like the trucks , not the processed stuff try call steak. Sorry taco bell I still love you, but te direction with the cheap ingredients you use is not what I want and why don't you have milkshakes, thats often what makes my decision. I want a good milkshake and eat til I am stuffed for close to 10 bucks. I spend 16 to 20 to eat til I am stuffed . That's what taco bell has gotten away from. Good simor stuff til you are very full. Stuff is expensive now and days . When try had the value items come out was the same thing stuff was expensive but at Taco Bell you could buy value items cheap and that's where taco bell made us want to eat there , it's turned into another billing dollar corporation where irscal about the bottom line and in the end it's just taco bell. Add all the fancy items you want but yats not the customers taco bell appeals to. It's the lower income class people you should help in the world , the good can be great, your name is golden for cheap food by the volume. I still eat there once in a while but as I got older and make more money . I found value at other places. I still support taco bell but if I think about going there, about it's lost of focus on it's value it...

We arrived at Taco Bell drive through just between 11:30-11:40 ish hot , hungry, and thirsty. We ordered at the window and the girl didn’t understand what we asked for. We asked for two beef nachos. She said, come to window please. So we did. Again , we asked for two beef nachos, we get our order, she said would you like a bag, we said yes. We get home, and when we went to eat our food, we didn’t get nachos, we got boxes, with a taco, burrito, fries in it. We are what the hell??? We looked in the bag for receipt but couldn’t find it. We thought they raised the price of nachos being our total came to $13 and change. I said to Bob, I thought they were $5 a box, they must of raised the price. I went to this taco spot at Friday April 28 /2024 to order several chicken tacos, but the ordering process was a mess. Because there was a loud fan next to their speaker and one guy constantly coming in and out, they misheard my order and added beef instead. I noticed the mistake on the monitor and informed the operator, who told me to come to the window. When I got there, an older lady rudely insisted that I had ordered beef and reluctantly changed it to chicken. I was shocked and told her that I had clearly ordered chicken from the start. Instead of fixing the issue professionally, she responded with attitude and disrespect. Frustrated by the poor customer service, I ultimately canceled my order and left.
