Tacos Michoacan — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Tacos Michoacan (I know, it's such an original name) is a small Mexican restaurant in Mission Hills. The interior is clean and bright, with a handful of paintings. The owner is a pleasant lady, very friendly and helpful. As for the menu, it is standard: tacos, burritos, enchiladas, tortas, as well as breakfast. The downside is the food. The asada is crumbly and nubbly and too well done. It has a certain oiliness to the taste and not much seasoning. The asada burrito contains the usual suspects: meat, rice, beans, onion and cilantro. However, the beans used are white pinto, which give the burrito a soft, pasty, kind of mashed texture that doesn't help the issues with the meat. It also doesn't belong in the enchiladas..wrong texture, and it doesn't taste fresh. The salsa roja is likewise somewhat tasteless. The chile is not particularly spicy. Bad food rundown restaurant Should of went with my gut I soon as I enter the restaurant I noticed the filthy floors and bottom of the walls. Very rundown! The salsa cart seems to needs service and clean and salsa containers need to be iced. I order a burrito it's was bland and the beans were not good seem old . This is one of the worst food places I’ve ever been to . I ordered some fries and as I started eating them it started to hurt my stomach really bad that I had to run to the food 4 less bathroom . When I came back I barely ate the food and told the guy and girl in Spanish if I can exchange it and they started arguing with me about how they can’t do anything and that it’s my fault for not saying no chile . I will never go here again...
