Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I stopped by this Popeyes today to use my T-Mobile Tuesday reward for the BOGO wings. I came to this Popeyes location because the one near my work in Simi Valley wouldn't take the coupon on their app. This Popeyes is right off the Sepulveda exit so be aware of that because it's not in the best area. I was able to find a parking spot near the front but almost all the spot was filled up. When I walked inside, I was like 10 minutes early but my order was already ready for pickup. The lady working the cashier was nice because I thought I forgot to add some ranch dressing so I asked if I had to pay extra for it. The lady told me she already put 2 in the bag so I appreciated that. I got the 6 bone in wings honey lemon pepper and 6 signature hot. I actually like the signature hot better than the honey lemon pepper with their buttermilk ranch sauce. You don't get that much meat on the wings but I was full after...

I ordered a big order today for workers at home. I phoned the store three times to make sure I would receive extra butter, honey, and hot sauce. My order came no honey, butter, hot sauce, or condiments to eat with no napkins, and my order was wrong I spoke to Edita on the last call I explained I called to make sure, the only options I was given is to drive there and pick up and they fix order, come on another day, or contact Postmates. Honestly it was a year that I ordered from a different location bad customer service. for some reason I thought it would be better with new place. I was offered to drive to store and pick up. First time trying this Popeyes. My husband and I walked to the counter to order after the person in front of us had completely his transaction. The counter person looked at us and walked away to go talk to another worker. He did not say a word to us. We stood there for a long time, he continued talking and other employees walked past us and no one acknowledged us. Finally when we were about to leave another young man came up and took our order. The food was good but the experience was not pleasant and did not leave me with a positive impression of this location. If someone, especially the first man we encountered had said, "Sorry, I'll be back in a minute" or acknowledged us it would have been different. Things happen but customers should not be left standing at the counter unacknowledged when the restaurant...
