Tam's Burgers#34 — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I ordered one chicken salad! Just one, the amount of grease in a fork bite of salad was a cup of oil. I returned it and the manager refused to give me my refund. Told me to call back or come back when the next manager (MIKE) was there because he was not allowed to give me my refund because he didn't have the authority. The next day I call back for the manager (MIKE) and he was completely rude. He told me to call back when the other manager was there the one at the night shift. I told him I would not be going back and forth with them about this and that one of them should be able to issue a refund. (9$) Then he said that I should give him a call back, when I did call back they refused to let me talk to him. An employee said the manager had just left when I had just talked to him seven minutes ago. Let me be clear the salad was completely uneatable, the cheese was melted into the pile of chicken grease, the lettuce was rotten. If they were not going to issue the refund they shouldn't have taken the food back right? I also didn't receive a receipt so I have no way to claim. I don't know how they are used to treating customers there but damn that's not customer service! I also didn't receive very good treatment from the employees & I wasn't disrespectful, I saved my energy for this google comment. Save yourself your time and appetite and don't go there! Employees are super nice food is amazing. Everything came the way that I would make it it was completely cooked the cheese was melted they even cut the bacon up not just 1 4$ piece of bacon but lots of broken up pieces that married very well together there want any mayonnaise no raw onions I would have added pickels otherwise perfect. Since you guys were awesome French fries Perfect texture Perfect temp super hot all the way back to my boyfriend's work ranch dressing was amazing even the drinks and cheesecake. . prices pretty high.... BUT COMPLETELY OK WITH IT ONLY CAUSE THE FOOD WAS EVEN AMAZING COLD. My bf n I got the same double bacon burger with fries lrg drinks n a piece of cheesecake each $40 I couldnt finish mine so I finished it later cold. Only fault she said we were both declined although I ck the bal before and after I went n hand money n food on both.. It would hv been way cheaper . Excellent job guys/ ladies thanx again...
