Tam's jr. Burgers — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am very upset because We’re a regular customer and when I ordered right before 5 and i picked up my order at 5:25 i realize the cashier is packing out the food and providing the drink for the orders When I questioned it her , if i was right what i was seeing, she was extremely rude, and said yes ! Why? With an attitude she said we take turns… (meaning her and the other girl ) we're cashier and we give out the food but your food was prepare by the cook , Not by us with a smart face , acting like my question was out of place!!!

My face was like really !!! ! I said yes but your touching money and filling out my drink and touching everything else of my order🙄 not just my order but all the rest of the customers . but to get treated like this is a slap in the face. Customer servife by the young lady is out of this world. Food is amazing. Been going here for about almost a year since I moved by this block, so why 3 stars? Had an issue the other night where one of the cooks specifically the one with the marijuana leaf on his neck, thought the young lady had given me something free of charge only because we get along so well. This tams took 45 mins to produce 1 order that I was delivering for Doordash. I’m like dang, let me go ahead and cancel this because it’s not worth the little 6.00 I would receive for delivering it. Then they turned around and told the company I work for (Doordash) that the order was ready when I got there. Why exactly would I stand in your lobby (attentative) waiting for that order.
