I really haven’t been feeling this location lately. The service has been slow, even when they’re not busy, and the attitudes have been terrible.
On today’s visit I forgot my mask so I fully covered my nose and mouth with my hoodie. I also stood OUTSIDE to ask for my mobile order. The first person who sees me ask where my mask is and I tell them I forgot it but I’m just picking up an order. She tells the manager so then the manager comes over and also asks where my mask is to which I replied, again, that I forgot it. She says she can’t serve me since I don’t have on a mask.
Now lets not forget that people are making masks from extra material at home. So my hoodie fully covering my nose and mouth, while I stand outside shouldn’t be this big of a deal. I’ve already said that I was just picking up a mobile order.
I then tell her, again, that I’m picking up a mobile order. she grabs it for me and feels the need to AGAIN say she can’t serve me without a mask. I already got what i came for… how is that necessary or even remotely good customer service? I tell her that I’ve obviously already been served seeing how my drink is in my hand and this nut job says it again 🤣 “Sorry I can’t serve you without a mask.” What?!
I prefer the taste of coffee from Coffee Bean, but Starbucks has them beat in terms of customer service. Might be time to use up my balance...
Read moreCannot recommend this location. I arrived one entire hour before closing and yet all employees are doing the closing cleaning and putting stuff away - Too busy to help take an order. I had to wait quite a while for them to decide to, you know, take my money for a transaction. I can understand if it was 15 minutes before closing but not an hour - 3 people - none of which interested in taking an order. When I did get someone's attention, barely, I was told two different things about why I could not get a sandwich: Person #1: "We have already done the accounting for the day and so cannot sell you a sandwich" and Person #2: "We have sold all of the sandwiches for the day and there are none left" Which is true? Read moreThere was nobody inside to take orders. I ended up leaving and driving to the location off of Palms and Sepulveda. Apparently, there was something going on that pulled the staff outside where I saw them talking to the police. The staff didn't lock the doors or turn off the drive-thru menu panel, so potential patrons had no idea they wouldn't be hmabke to place an order until they'd waited 5 minutes or so and had to decide to stay and continue waiting or leave.
Note to staff: next time, put uo a sign or turn off the lights so that potential patrons know to drive on by or how long approximately they may need to wait before business as...
