Vitello’s is an absolute 10/10. My friends and I were looking for a place none of us had ever been to and we came upon Vitello’s. So happy that we did because our experience from beginning to end was a blast! Our server Lorenzo was fun! He didn’t just take our order, he was very engaging, had great recommendations and kept us laughing. The food was impeccable! We all ordered a separate dish so we could try each other’s food. Everything that came to the table was delicious. We had the Carbonara the lasagna and the mushroom pasta. I honestly couldn’t decide which one was the best. After finishing our entrees and wine we headed upstairs to the piano lounge. There we had coffee and dessert. Again everything was exquisite. The tiramisu and the cannoli were so good! I wish I’d gotten our waitresses name from upstairs but sadly I did not. She was also lots of fun. I can’t wait to return to Vitello’s. I highly recommend this place to everyone

Usually by myself, so my experience is limited to the bar area. And the bar is well stocked with the standards. This is a very busy neighborhood staple for wine and italian dishes. There are multiple seating areas, so you can dine al fresco, in the main dining room, in the back Rendition Room, or upstairs in the Velvet Martini Lounge. A lot of the menu items are modern interpretations of classic dishes and most rise to the occasion. Some are a little too ambitious but the results are always satisfying. Unless you have a caloric restriction, take a serious look at the dessert choices. Local secret: many of the regulars are middle and upper tier entertainment executives or talet: film, TV, music. You may overhear talent managers discussing career planning for up and coming artists (beyond AGT), movie production drama (money and management problems), or who's auditioning for which TV shows or movies.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Vitello’s in Studio City is a true gem. The food is absolutely fantastic—every bite full of flavor, beautifully presented, and consistently satisfying no matter how many times I come back. Which I’ve have been doing now for over 30 years. But what really makes this place special is the people.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like family. Vannel at the host stand is pure class—welcoming, attentive, and sets the tone with genuine hospitality. Jorge is all over the floor, always smiling, always moving, and somehow always right there with the perfect refill or friendly check-in. The man even makes a glass of ice water feel like a luxury.

And then there’s Aubrey—a true standout and the heart of the experience. She’s not just a great waitress; she’s the kind of person who makes you feel truly seen. Her energy is warm, her attitude is always positive, and her service is effortless in the best way. She somehow knows what you need before you do, and she delivers it with grace and a smile that instantly makes you feel at home.

When I returned over a month later, she remembered me and my exact order. That floored me. Not because it’s expected—but because it speaks to the level of care she brings to her work. She treats guests like real people, not just another table. It’s rare. It’s special. And it’s why I’ll keep coming back.

What keeps me coming back to Vitello’s isn’t just the amazing food or great atmosphere—it’s the people who make every visit memorable. Consistently excellent, effortlessly kind, and just good humans all around. Highly...

I want to be fair with this review regarding my visit. I had an 8:30 reservation and was promptly greeted at the door and told I'd be seated soon. I was seated right away but given a table that had me with my back to the middle of another small table. Not such a great table for a reservation. We asked to move did give us a nice booth( why didn't they do this to start?). We ordered calamari and a small Caesar salad which I've never received such a small salad in my life. Their menu shows a small box that says traditional favorites available. I asked the waitress those choices she gave me gladly. My wife and I each ordered an entree and two cocktails and a soda. I had a coffee and a dessert. All the food was really good but the portions are really small. We received the bill which included a 3% kitchen tip. First time I've ever paid that before but it did say it was removable upon request. My bill with a standard tip was $210. I go out for steak house food upscale all the time and I never pay that much. And especially for such small portions. You have to pretty much valet park there and they do validate in the restaurant and said it would be $5 for the valet. When I went out to the valet I was told it was $6. The food was good I have to say but certainly not worth $216. For that amount of money I can go to the fanciest restaurants in town and get huge portions and exquisite taste for Less. Oh I forgot they did have someone playing and singing which...

On 04/19/22 I placed a pick-up order. Upon picking-up my order and paying I left my credit card there because the guy helping me (Charles) didn’t hand it back to me and I didn’t notice. There was no one in line behind me so why none of the 4 people standing around at the front register didn’t follow me to my car or at least call me is the reason for my review. No one from the restaurant called me to tell me that I forgot my card even though they had my phone number. Your phone number is the first thing they ask for when you call to place a pick-up order. Further, I had called right as I parked my car to see if my order was ready. They clearly had my phone number but didn’t have the decency to call the customer and tell me that I left my card there, until I realized it was missing when I arrived home and called them. They weren’t even busy. I ended up having to drive all the way back. Something that could have been easily avoided with some common sense and decency on the staff’s part. Shame on their manager (girl with tattoos all over her arms named Elise or Tye or Pye) for not even apologizing and also giving me an attitude when I returned to pick-up my card and return my order (which was incorrect). She even returned my order incorrectly. I will never return to this low grade establishment. Please do your business a favor and hire more customer service oriented staff members....
