POOR! 1st Customer Service closes for Lunch, not reflected on there website.. 2nd they listed open times as 10:30 am till 7pm EST I called and message said they are closed for lunch from 11:30 till 12:30 and it was 3:00pm EST???? I called Corporate # and they said we are on the west coast not east coast.. I wait till 3:30 pm to call back and receive message we are closed for two hours for training the whole CS dept. I call back two hours later after being in a cue for 45 minutes and was disconnected 10 mins into tech being on phone.. Just over a year of use (conveniently after the warranty expired) my unit is stuck in a boot loop, similar to many other reviewers. After doing some research it appears to be a SD card issue/failure. When I contacted Pioneer support I got the runaround, as expected. Pioneer is not willing to help anyone with this issue and instructed me to send the now paperweight to an authorized service center. Read moreHad great luck with repair to my BD unit. I think this is all they repair at this facility & then only when it is under warranty. Call first to check, as they do have odd hours. You enter on the west side of the building. They are not really set up with a repair counter, but the guard will call for someone to help you. Took less that a week to repair ($175.00 part!) and they return ship for free, though I made a will-call. My unit was a floor model/demo, but no problem as long as you have some form of original purchase receipt. Not sure if they sell parts, so...
