I unfortunately left disappointed from this place today after I got my drink I was expecting my bagel, the lady that took my order did not speak English at all, I feel I was really patient knowing that she did not know how to use the cash register, she did not where to get the drinks, she did not know what plain bagel meant, she did not know how to handle the cash. I felt I give my best actitute because we all been there, Is totally understandable, but after a while of waiting for my bagel, I did not hear them call the bagel was ready, so i had drink practically halft of my coffee when i got up to ask what happen to my bagel. So there is this lady saying I already say bagel, no one came in spanish of course, so I say thanks anyways, I grab my bagel and I sat down but their conversation did not end there. The lady started saying that is not my fault they are in the phone and they dont listen, I was practically five steps away, I can hear clearly, I was expecting my bagel. So my order came out wrong anyways, I ended up asking why they did say I was on the phone when I hadn't even touched my phone, I was waiting to leave as soon as. I had my bagel, I was patient knowing the lady that took my order was new and trying to think that she was responsible to call out my order. But she did not, what it really upset me was that they have actually said that i was doing something that I wasn't doing. Instead of apologizing for not calling my order. I just wanted them to understand my point but they cate less. Place was a mess so was the stuff, I do not know how many people were new and how many were actually doing their job. This message is just for managing to know that you should appreciated everyone who brings you Business and dont be so rude with your clientele. By the way it will nice if at least evey few hours someone will come outside and clean the tables and where the creams and sugar are....
Read moreTatiana who’s name is the person that took my order was so unprofessional. I took out my new bank card to activate it like I’ve done in the pass. The girl was out loud when she said my card had no funds. So I asked her to not say it out loud. I new I had hands in my account. So as a good costemer service she should know to be more professional. Then after I asked her not to say it out loud she was so rude by saying that’s what the note in the register said. Like wow that’s not how you respond right. At least oh for the record will do so. But she really started an argument and I went ahead and told her off. Then she went off at me. And her manger was just next to her saying nothing. I’m so sorry but this is not the place to get into it. I’m not trying to start an argument. But if someone asks you not to go out loud with personal information. Respect I really don’t like to come to this place because they really don’t pay attention to what you want so we really need to make sure our order is correct. It’s like if they are zoomed out. I went in for a cup of coffee and a donut and there were some customers waiting to be served but even though there were like 4 girls there Noone was taking care of them. Finally one of them called the next customer and took his order, then it was my turn and I approached the register and I asked for a cup of coffee, the lady looked at me and said: "hold on a second " turned her back at me and walked away... she was just standing there talking to the other girls...
