I’ve been a loyal customer of this Yoshinoya for over 10 years, mostly using the drive-thru, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. However, my recent experience with the manager, Ofelia, was very disappointing. She refused to let me use the restroom unless I purchased something first, even after I explained that I was planning to buy a meal as I always do. This kind of treatment felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially for a long-time customer. Unfortunately, despite the good food, this experience has left me reconsidering whether I’ll return to this location.

Essentially tastes like cheap mall food. Very disappointed to be honest, it also didn’t help that none of my food was delivered as ordered. For some reason, all of my food came without sauce, when I had in fact order extra sauce. The fish was dry and bland as I guess I should’ve expected from fast food but I was surprised at how bland and boring it was. Shrimp were some of the worst I’ve had, and lastly and most importantly food was dry. I was genuinely disappointed in wasting my money and Time here.

We always go here for the reasonable food choices. Always have a coupon deal in my mailbox. What makes this branch a standout is one of their staff, Neo. Very polite and professional the moment you go thru drive through until he gives you your food. This guy loves his job! Keep it up Neo!

So I used the drive-thru to order my food. It took about 25 minutes for me to get to order my food at the menu screen, drive up to the pay window and get my food. I'm not sure how overwhelmed the staff were with the food orders but I had asked for no green onions on the chicken and they gave it to me with green onions ☹, I also asked them for Veggies for the side that is included in the XL meal I ordered and I got what looks like Potato wedges or cubes which tasted very delicious 😋👍 but I actually wanted veggies 🥺 I'm gonna give these guys 4 out of 5 because they did have a long line of cars and there is only so much an employee can do from one tiny drive thru window. However I do feel that this was a language barrier issue which happens to me alot when I speaker to a person who's language is not English natively. So they still pass but I deduct a star for not giving me my food as I ordered it and for taking long to process the orders. I feel my review is fair and not too critical for a chain that still has very hard working individuals, perhaps management can come up with a solution to make the drive thru more efficiently in service with out wasting the employees energy so much. Other then that I picked out the green onions by hand at home and was still able to enjoy my meal.

Update: 10/11/2023 i came in today to get some food via drive thru and there were only 3 staff working and a long line of cars and angry door dash people pounding at the door as they had the restaurant closed with drive thru open only.

I feel really bad for the employees being under staffed and management needs to do a better job knowing when their peak hours are to have the restaurant staffed appropriately.

It took me 40 minutes this time to get my food. Waiting in line on the drive thru. Im honestly disappointed. To be fair its not the staffs fault they were understaffed and overworked. This falls on whoever is...

There were plenty of employees but only one was serving and one was taking orders for walk in and drive up customers. While I was waiting this mother came in and it was obvious that her son had to use the restroom. He was jumping around looking like he really had to take a leak. No one noticed and there was an employee on break and and the mother went up to her and asked her if she could get a token for the restroom and she told her to ask the person taking orders and the girl was busy preparing an order. Finally the mother got the attention of the girl taking orders and got the token for the restroom. I waited to order because the girl was helping a drive up customer. I had a coupon for two large bowls for $9 and ordered 2 cheesecakes. I knew the cheesecakes were $2 each. While waiting for my order after sometime some additional customers came in and ordered. One customer was an older lady that offered a small bowl to eat in the store. The person that offered after the lady was a gentleman that offered to go. Well that gentleman got his order before me so at which time I went up to the counter and asked what was happening with my order and the girl that had taken my order asked what my name was. I answered George and she responded by saying it's here. I took my order home and saw the cheesecakes and I was shocked at how tiny the cheesecakes were. They were way to tiny to charge $2.19 for each one. I will never go back to a Yosinoya again. I was very disappointed and I can find other restaurants like Jack in the Box...

I went here to pick up an order for UberEats. When I got here, no one noticed that there was an order until I mentioned it. I was even late to pick up the order as there was traffic. Upon arriving, I asked for the pick-up order that no one noticed despite having 4 workers and an empty restaurant with no customers. I let that small thing slide as mistakes can happen. A few seconds later, another worker asked what I was here for so I repeated the order number and who it was for. Unfortunately, the first worker who tended to me yelled and gave me attitude. The order consisted of two plates which was pretty simple considering they have been speedy in the past with multiple orders. I waited 20 minutes for 2 plates as the workers took their sweet time messing around and hanging out instead of working. I had already wanted to cancel the order and move on but I sat still and patiently waited until they finished. I hope management takes this and the other countless bad reviews into account and learn from them. Not only did it seem like the workers did not want to work, but they also valued their well-being more than the customers' as they proceeded with rude and horrible customer service. Does management even interview their applicants properly here? Next time they should hire competent workers who actually want to work instead of people who mess around the clock to be paid. Never...
