I literally got one Big WHOLE chunky so called onion rings,.. if I tried pulling them apart it just pulled all the batter off,.. and it was that big to fit in to those boxes it comes in,.. so usually one onion ring would easily drip off excess oil,.. well this box was leaking with so much oil bcuz they put that whole giant piece in the box the same way it froze,.. not good at all!:! Read moreI stopped by yesterday, I was in a rush and needed to get myself and my daughter something to eat. I ordered the chicken sandwich, combo 10 and a cheese burger for my daughter. Both with curly fries. Well, I'm not sure what changed but when we got home, the fries were old, hard, and tastless. I took a bite of my sandwich and it seemed also it was old, like an order that you leave on the counter all day because no one picked it up. I couldn't eat it. As mentioned before, the fries were terrible, the same with the burger. I was upset, but disappointed that I couldn't go back to complain. I would like to know, what happened. Read moreHad the worst experience at this fast food restaurant. The person behind the counter ignored me for 10 min and only came to help me after I took my phone and began recording. I accidentally handed her 3 five dollar bills for a shake that cost $5.49 and despite me telling her that I had accidentally handed her $15 she deposited the 3 bills in her register and then denied I had handed her 15 dollars. The manager refused to count the money in her register to help me get my money back because, "she didn't have the time.." although the restaurant had no drive through customers nor others at the counter or in line waiting for service. Despite all of my attempts to reason with them they were rude, dismissive, and I never got my money back. Visiting this location ruined my appetite and left me feeling sad...
