I've been to many Yoshinoya's to order food but this location by far has the MOST DISRESPECTFUL COOK. I didn't catch his name. Wishing I did.
As I walked in. The "cook" the only cook that was in started to shake his head when he saw I was holding a coupon. (not sure what was that about but maybe they've had many customers that day with coupons already?? Shouldn't matter.. If they don't like accepting coupons. Then stop mailing them to everyone.) so when I continued with my order the cook looked at the screen to see what I've ordered and started shaking his head once more. My order wasn't even long, just that coupon with two combo bowls, 4pcs wings, 4eggrolls. As I stepped aside to wait for my order.. I noticed new customers walking in and there he is again. Shaking his had with every customer that walks in or shaking his head with every order he makes. By this time.. I just wanted to watch him make all the food orders just in case he starts being careless of how he makes our food. Couldn't really see much but I still stood there. When I finally got my food (I double check because this location had messed up my to go order 2x before) I walked back to the counter and as I walk up.. The cook shakes his head even way more.. Talking in Spanish very upset. How can you do that when you don't know what I'm asking for. All I needed was a little more teriyaki sauce because the chicken you gave me looked too dry.
To be honest if you hate your job that much that you have to shake your head at almost anything.. then why even work there. Your giving the customers an unwanted feeling. Only if I can give 0 stars I would to...

Read moreHad a coupon for a Combo Bowl and Med Drink for $6.49 I asked for ALL chicken instead of chicken and beef. I was told they'd have to charge me for 2 bowls. I challenged that as I've never had that happen at any other Yoshinoya restaurant. The girl at the counter finally figured out how to input the order into the computer. THAT, was the problem . It wasn't that my request for ALL chicken was not possible, she just didn't know how to put the order into the computer. This was a classic case of taking HER PROBLEM and making it MY PROBLEM.
