Food is good but it's urbane cafe, it's usually always good. Customer service was bad. I called to make an order and a woman named Cassandra picked up. I asked for something on the side for my order and she says "ALL I NEED IS THE CARD" with a rude tone. I snapped back at her and told her again louder what I needed and asked her if she heard me. Then paid for my order and headed over there. Called when outside for "contactless" pickup (corona) and she said she would bring it out. Keep in mind there are no customers inside and no other orders waiting on the table and she's not on the phone. 5 minutes go by and I just go in to grab it.
