Yoshinoya Slauson & Vermont — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I went in three times and there's a bad odor. They blame that it's homeless people that come in there. I can understand that but it is possible to clean up after that. They're open late and have no drive thru. People get mixed up with Jack in the box drive thru. I asked for the chicken bowl. After the first time I asked if they can not give me burnt hard chicken and they continued to do so. The first meal was not enjoyable because I literally had to toss all the chicken away. It was as of the chicken was sitting out for a while it got crispy so they threw it on my plate. I asked politely if that can not happen but it continued. I like this location because the first thing I notice is that it is always clean. The food is fresh tasting and made the way I order it. The cashiers are friendly and patient when ever I visit this location. There is usually not a long wait. The staff seems efficient, professional, and gave good customer service. They use Pepsi products not Coke which is okay with me because I like the Tropicana pink lemonade and Tropicana fruit punch options. I usually mix them together half pink lemonade half fruit punch. Just recently call about an order I did and I understand is not there fault when we don’t received the order complete but I try multiple times asking nicely where can I call to solve the issue and Maribel from the store give me attitude poor customer service she was raising her voice and told me multiple times I didn’t understand when I said yes I do I’m just asking where do I call to solve the issue she keep giving me attitude.
