i visited We Can Be Heroes for the first time this week. Reza and Julio own/run this super cool location. so many cool comics :new and vintage. a lot of great key issues adorn the walls. i like how many of the key comics actually have little labels to let you know that it was a first appearance of a particular character. Reza and Julio are professional but super friendly and like talking about comics, collectibles, and just about anything interesting. they let me know that if i set up for weekly pull/subscription, that i can get a 20% discount, so that is awesome. a great place to visit and find all sorts of comics and collectibles. you should make this your destination when you need comics or collectibles...

Julio and his team are the most welcoming bunch, it's always a pleasure to just go in and chat even when I'm not making any purchases. He's a true professional of the biz and knows his stuff, and goes out of his way to make every interaction and experience personal. What really stood out to me was when I asked for a specific comic and when I showed up to pick it up he had 3-4 other comics he thought I'd be interested in - sure enough I ended up taking some home with me!
