Reached out to Chipotle about this and I have not gotten any response back. I don't like to sugarcoat things, so this might be a bit harsh. I will still go to Chipotle, but I don't think I will go to this location ever again.
03/17/22 - I ordered a bowl with the red sauce on the side through the app. I went to pick it up and didn't open it til I got home. When I got home and opened the bag, I received the wrong order (the bag had my name, but different person's entree". Not only that, but the sauce cup opened, and made a mess in the bag. I drove back to get my ordered, and it was remade. I also work at a restaurant, so I was very understanding of this first incident. I decided to give this location a second chance.
04/14/22 - Ordered 2 burrito bowls both with EXTRA steak and rice through the app again. First bowl, everything was correct, had the extra rice and steak I asked for. Second bowl, looked pretty disappointing. It did not have the extra steak and rice I had asked for. It even looked less. Was not worth the $14 i paid for. Maybe they could've ran out but I would've been fine with waiting if they were going to make more. I ordered through an app.
I understand people make mistakes, but we make mistakes so we can learn and improve. My second time going there was a disaster. I felt like I wasted my money on my second burrito bowl that I paid extra to get extra steak and rice. Only to get little to no steak and rice.

Read moreToday 11/03/23 around 11:45am i went to get my food as i was in line the person next to me order 5-6 items and employee that was serving food not intentionally but dropped carne asada ( beef) in chickens almost 10-15 little chunks of beef in chicken. When my turn came I requested the employee if he can give me chicken from the back where they make online order as I don’t eat beef at all due to my allergies. He refused and said in rude way that their is no chicken in the back and mix the whole chicken with big spoon so technically beef got mixed in chicken ( SO WHOEVER GOT CHICKEN MEAL HAVE chances to find beef in their meal) . I eventually refused to complete my order as i get really bad allergies from beef because of that i have to leave the restaurant without any food. I been eating chipotle from last couple years from this location it never happened the employees before were so friendly and always made sure the standards are set and good customer service and it never happened but this act today was really upsetting and i have to leave without any food.
