Would give them 0 stars if I could. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I was so disappointed with my experience.

We waited about 30 minutes for our order (we were the only people in the restaurant). No name or order number was called, we had to ask and they already had it sitting on the mobile order area. We look at our food and it was the most unappetizing thing I'd ever seen. I've ordered from the DeSoto location (which is fantastic btw) and their quality is through the roof. THIS place on the other hand...the Tokyo chicken was burnt, and the habanero grilled chicken literally looked like they chewed it and spit it out onto the container. It's looked DISGUSTING.

We politely went to the counter and let the person know that the food did not look okay. She stared at us and was like "what do u want me to do about it?" The attitude and lack of care was awful. We asked if we could just get refunded so we could leave. Turns out, this person was a MANAGER. No apologies, no attempt to have it remade, nothing.

The manager looked miserable, was rude, and the food looked unappetizing and inedible. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this location. Absolutely nothing redeeming about it

GO TO THE DE SOTO LOCATION. they are friendlier, fast, and the food...

I got the children's size orange chicken combo with not so fried rice and added an order of the potatoes. It came with a can of soda (I chose Cherry Pepsi, but was given a regular Pepsi with no explanation as to why) and I selected a cookie as the dessert. Orange chicken: Had a very weird taste definitely not orange chicken flavor only thing I can compare it to is a hint of band-aid (litterally). It is drastically worse quality than frozen stuff from the supermarket. Not so fried rice: was definitely not made recently, genuinely looks like it was packaged with the orange chicken and then reheated at the restaurant via microwave. Which would explain the strange taste. Potatoes: were dry and chewy with a VERY STALE cruch to them. Cookie: As long as you go in with the mind set of hospital cafeteria food. You will mildly enjoy the cookie for the shear fact that it's a chocolate chip cookie, very hard to get too wrong. A much needed positive ending to a sad sad meal Cherry Pepsi: Since I was given a plain Pepsi, it was not up to snuff.
