The Sofa Place Furniture — Local services in Los Angeles

This place in the beginning was great, they had good deals, i got my entire bedroom set of a dresser, nightstand and bed frame for $900 what a steal right?! 3 months later went by and my bed started to get bad lumps in it as you can see in the pictures. The guy told me i had a 10 year warranty on it. But, little did i know they changed management a month after i got my items. When i called they said that they were going to charge me $160 for delivery when in the beginning they gave me free delivery… long story short after allllll the several phone calls to them and the customer service i got it resolved with the new owner.. he came up with a solution and made it easier on me and them.. they took my bed all the way to downtown LA and then brought me a brand new mattress that same night. I still will give 3 stars due to all the hassle i had to go through to get this resolved.

They talked a good game at first. We ordered our couch the way we wanted it. There was another store that was slightly more expensive after a rush fee and we were willing to do it since we would have had the couch on time. We had an event scheduled and was told it would be ready almost a week before it. I called every couple days confirming that we would get it on time. Yesterday I found out that they haven't even started making it yet. Now there is no chance to get it on time. They said 10 days is there turnaround. Also one of the employees told me that there is multiple times this company has not lied about timeframes. They said they can get it to me at the end of the month. I recommend not...

All of my wildest dreams came true! Raul was great, he guided us through our ideas and helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for.....we went home and changed our mind on the color and fabric (my girlfriend, not me)...and the adjustment was made without any pushback.
