Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Los Banos

Ordered a burrito (no Pico)was pretty good..but the people working we're not friendly at all..not one of those women smiled at us the whole time we were there..after we got our order..my hubby with back in line for sour cream. .after waiting after about 6 minutes later we got the little tub of sour cream..53 cents then there was like 3 napkins in container on our table..went to other tables..same thing.. with we left no one said a word to us..counted napkin holders that were empty..4 I passed on the way out..will never go...

Would give no star if possible. I was on my way home from Monterey going back to Fresno and I ordered a chicken sandwich, and regretted it very much. For some reason there was 2 chicken pattys in the sandwich, One was fully cooked and one was still undercooked (basically raw). I bit into the sandwich and was wondering why the chicken was so chewy and still tastes a bit cold. customer service sucked..i went through the drive through Saturday I had kids with me so it was a big order the drive through guy was rude he cursed through the interphone thinking I couldn't hear him, when I asked questions he said are u serious vry rudely. there was a girl too her name is Cerl she was very rude and on top of that I had stuff missing from my order didn't even bother going back because I knew they would be very rude by far worst customer service from a carls jr show your employees...
