Abby's Bakery — Restaurant in Los Fresnos

This place needs to be closed the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life ordered two cakes 10 days in advance and dinner rolls for a family reunion and paid down on them and was told they would be ready the day of at 11:00 am when I arrived to pick up my order was told they couldn't fill it I asked why I was not called ahead of time and why they waited till the day of to tell me the owner a Hispanic male said I did not leave a phone number yet on my carbon copy of receipt there was my number he informed me that he was the owner and the order could be done some thing came up and offered no solution so this kinda screwed up my whole event that I had worked on for weeks and the bakery couldn't be bothered thought about buying some doughnuts and stuff from them but the cases that hold the pastries were full of...

My first time there and I didn’t enjoy the experience at all …. The donuts were stale and the sprinkle glazed donuts were messy , it wasn’t appealing and the mini donuts were very old and stale I was super sad cause they were for my kids and even they didn’t want them . It was 5$ for 4 donuts 2 sweet breads

And we added a kids juice and it went from 5$ to 8.99$ !!! 3.99$ for a capri sun NO THANKS never again . Left a bad taste in my mouth I tried to like and heat up the donuts but it wasn’t hitting the spot . Never returning...

First few times I thought it was great. The products we picked were tasty. They always put everything a bag. Then the forth time it was all put in a donut box. Got homes and the box was covered in ants. Threw it all out and gave them another chance. Next order the same. This week as I drove by I had to stop again as their items are very good. Again a box... Again ants. That's it. I think they have an ant problem at the counter where the boxes are. Never have I seen ants on the pastries on the shelf. It was fun...
