Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Los Fresnos

I am very angry with this place, my son went in to buy 2 chicken orders that they have on special for 3.49, which come in 2 pieces, a biscuit, but he didn't know how to order and he ordered 3 pieces and a biscuit, everything separately. It took a while to come out and I went in to see what was happening. And there was no chicken so I was waiting but when I saw the receipt I asked the manager if she could change my order and she said no, very upset. I insisted and he told me no. that my son ordered that and that it would have been better for me to go down and order. My son is 18 years old and is autistic, of course no one has to know that, but the manager was very despotic with me and in the end I told her to cancel the order and according to me He canceled it but he didn't want to give me the cancellation receipt. How disappointed is los fresnos churches chicken drive-thru. I was told to wait in the front for my order for 15 minutes and never got my order they even didn't had the courtesy to explain why my order wasn't giving to me. I had to walk inside and nobody had a clue about my order. I even said can I speak to the manager & she didn't even had the audacity to help in my situation I was told that I needed to wait until she had the time for me . I felt so disgusted how I was treated as a customer. I had to ask for a refund because I never got my order. Never again even thinking about going to los fresnos churches chicken . This is the third time we've tried to come and been told there is a 20 minute wait for chicken. I can understand once, or if we came at an off peak hour, however when you come at 6pm, the expectation as a fast food restaurant is you have chicken ready. I came to read the reviews and sure enough multiple folks have had the same poor experience. I don't know if it's poor management, lack of training or work ethic, but now I understand why there are never any patrons here. Don't stop here unless you have a half...
