The service feels quick and professional when you pay and get your order. The truth is that they don't always get your order right. I ordered a number four(the ultimate burger: blt, cheese andjalapenos). I only wanted it with lettuce and jalapeños, with an unsweetened tea, and large fries, plus a side order of chili cheese with (tots). They gave me sweetened tea, double meat burger with cheese, lettuce, and with no jalapeños, and chili cheese with french fries. They gave me the wrong order twice and at the end they forgot to give me back my unsweetened tea. The lady had to make 4 returns to my vehicle to finally complete my order correctly. I was there for about 20 or 25 minutes for an order that should have taken 10 minutes. I saw three different set of vehicles around me come and go with their order. I would have expected management to speak to me directly and offer at least an apology, but none was given. This was not the first time this happens. I understand that a burger is just a burger and simple. A lot of people might be tolerant or be comforting to their wrong order, but then what's the point of having a menu. 17 dollars and change was spent on that order and about about 25 minutes waiting, plus a 20 minute drive from my hometown and another 20 minute drive back. This Los Fresnos, Texas Stars Drive-in location needs to step it up with the orders and with their courtesy towards their loyal clientele.

I asked hello twice, pushed the button twice, and someone walking approached and asked if someone answered yet. I said yes, but they just stopped responding.. then the person responded and said "give me a second". The wild thing is she was taking another person order NEXT to me, BEFORE she finished my order ?!? Once she finished the person's order next to me, she comes back and asked me if I still wanted my order.
