Hit or miss. 1st time ordering carry out online we had to wait an hour and 10min (opening day) due to the long wait we were refunded. We were understanding because of it being opening day. A week or so later I ordered delivery online, and got it SO fast. Tonight we decided to order some again, (carry out online) and my husband was told to wait because of ā€œonline ordering being messed up by not placing orders in which they were being receivedā€. Los Fresnos Pizza Hut has one of the Best costumer service I have recieved in quite some time. At this location the staff was friendly and the store was clean to top it off my pizza was ready on time. As for me hands down the best pizza ive eaten lately.
