McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Fresnos

2/20/2022 ordered the Land air Sea Sandwich What a joke false advertising, Three sandwiiches already made. Very thin meat melted cheese and you are suppose to build it yourself. Not at all like at the picture they advertise. Buyer beware. 7 pieces of bread premade regular sandwiches. Big Mac, Chicken Sandwich, and Fish sandwiches. Chicken sandwich came out 10 minutes after other food got cold waiting. Miserable deceptive marketing. McDonalds should be enbarassed for this farse. Cook at home instead.

May 9th 2019 location McDonald's Los Fresnos Texas. Bad service I ordered nuggets and french fries. I asked for two sauces and ketchup. I went to the second window as requested after paying for my meal and inspected by bag and there was no ketchup. And the person had left the window so I drove back through the drive-through and ask for ketchup and tell them I had asked for ketchup twice already and they said they would bring it to the second window I drove to the second window and no one came for a very long time around 10 minutes finally I just got out of the car and I went to the window and asked for ketchup they were reluctant to open the window so I banged on it rather intensely twice and finally they opened the window and I asked for ketchup eventually they handed me some ketchup, that was nice. However, I wanted them to let them know I was disappointed with our service so I yelled to the kitchen is there a manager in here and everyone looked at the window and there I stood and the young man after handing me the ketchup said you cannot talk to the manager at this window so i then said you guys are lame here y'all don't care and everyone looked at me again. And I, left with my ketchup in hand?. In closing this restaurant clearly needs a new manager and new management team and a complete makeover for customer service. I know from many other reviews this continues and continues and continues for this restaurant McDonald's does not care and does not mind having bad words said against it. Perhaps it's time for the people to stand up and make more comments until a management team gets a hold of this restaurant and brings it up to Snuff. I hope you enjoy the pictures of my ketchup and I will be visiting the store more often in the Future and asking for more ketchup in hopes that the little bit I do helps everyone else get their condiments and not have to return it be completely disappointed with their lovely meals...

Went through drive thru and the girl/lady was very rude. She didn't even say hello, first words out of her mouth were "You can only pay in cash" and with a nasty tone. I told her it's ok, I have a little bit of cash on me. She then says " what can I get you" I tell her 3 double cheeseburgers and 1 6 piece chicken nuggets meal. She asked me if I was the double cheeseburgers with fries for the $3 bundle and I told her "no, just the burgers". Well, I noticed the order I was putting in was not showing up on the screen so I could see my total because I only had $24 in cash(I expected to pay with my card, but it was no big deal because I was hungry and just needed to eat because I had been working all day and it was almost 1am. She then tells me me "hold on". I waited and next thing she says is "well honestly" (with an attitude) and I asked her "honestly what)? She said it's going to be about $40!!!!! I said "for 3 double cheeseburgers and 1 kids meal"? She said "yes". So I repeated myself " 3 $2 double cheeseburgers and a $6 kids meal"? She still says "yes" with more attitude. I was in shock and ask her how did that add up to $40? She then says " you're wanting 3 quarter pounders with meals right"? 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I told her my order again and she still wasn't putting it into the computer and got nasty AGAIN! By this point I was frustrated just due to her attitude and I left. She obviously was mad she had to work and wasn't even paying attention to what is being said and I left. Had she not been rude and just didn't hear my order, it would've been a different story. The dude and nasty responses are what made me upset and leave. I was very disappointed to...

Let's start off with the good, the fries are peak and I don't know what addictives they put in there but I'm always craving them and I go crazy for even just a single fry. The service is quick and most employees are pretty helpful when somethings wrong with the order. I find it amazing that they haven't quit after all the garbage customers they go through everyday. I wish I could say the same. The ice cream is pretty good and works most days that I go here. The sauce is really good. And when the nuggets are cooked, they are peak. Don't even mention breakfast because that is one thing that they do right, every time I go for breakfast, they do a hell of a good job. I applaud you morning shift workers!

Now for the cons, I don't even know where to start, but I don't want to yap forever. Here we go. Sometimes my food ain't cooked all the way, like I'll be eating just a straight up uncooked potato sometimes and don't get me started on how many times the chicken nuggets aren't even cooked. The burgers are fine, you don't really come to McDonald's for some healthy food, but they are alright (When they make it the way I want it). What is with every sweet tea I get from there tasting like mold/dish water/straight up salt? Do they not clean it or something? No offense to the one underpaid employee who has to clean all the dishes at the end of the insufferable work day. Without making this text box longer than it already is, I'll stop yapping.

Overall, 3/10, would eat here again because who wouldn't, it's McDonald's.
