We came for fish and rice...and we got everything we wanted! I have been going to this little sushi place for a few years now. I realized that I have never given it a proper review. Let me start by saying that it is the sushi that I compare all other sushi places to. I mostly order nigiri, but have friends who order rolls and can’t get enough. The chefs there seem to understand the perfect proportions of fish and rice in the rolls and the nigiri. They always give very healthy portions of some of the freshest fish I have eaten at a sushi restaurant. I have only had excellent sushi there, and the hamachi is the best I have ever tasted. The service is generally great, but can be a bit casual, which fits the atmosphere. I have brought many people there who like all different types of sushi (rolls, sashimi, fishy, no fishy), and all they can ask is, “When are we coming back?” When we go we order a lot of food (and sometimes sake/beer), and the prices are very reasonable. I will continue to support and recommend this wonderful little sushi place with the freshest fish in town, and I hope you can experience it...

We were all on board from this point on. From here I ordered a nice beer and actually had a great time with my family and the service was pretty darn good. So while it started out rocky they won me over in the end. But if the staff or management reads this I would suggest really working to consistently greet your customers. First impressions matter a lot folks and if I wasn't planning to wait here for my family I would have gone...

The sesame gomaae spinach was at times pleasant but the bottom of the bowl had a deep pool of soy sauce. Ultimately, the majority of the dish was overwhelmed by the soy sauce flavor and saltiness.
The Dynamite Roll was a decent roll. Not much to comment on, if you like this type of roll, you'll probably find the execution above average.
The tea was light without the feeling of being over-steeped. I would have appreciated slightly more frequent refills, but I drink tea very fast, the pace was definitely okay for other...
