Departures — Local services in Los Gatos

I have been purchasing my luggage from Departures (formerly known as Noble Luggage) since 2011. I recently found out that they relocated to Valley Fair and also opened up another location in Los Gatos! Both locations have wonderful staff and everything you need for you next trip!

The staff, specifically Ajju and Christina, were really helpful in answering all of my questions, and they were able to recommend products based on my specific needs. They also had a lot of options to choose from (Tumi, Briggs & Riley, Samonsite, tons of travel accessories, you name it!), so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I always feel that they truly care about helping their customers find the right product for their needs, rather than just trying to make a sale. Purchased 3 pieces of beautiful luggage at this store a couple weeks ago. I absolutely love the pieces... Briggs & Riley... My sales associate, AJJU was extremely helpful in finding the "perfect" luggage for my needs, taste and budget. I cannot rave more about the knowledge he has regarding luggage and travel accessories... not to mention his wealth of patience with my indecision. This is the place to go! Yet again an awesomw experience at Departures Luggage. This time at their relatively new location in Los Gatos.
