Burger King — Restaurant in Los Lunas

When the place opened it was a 5 stars easy...after two months or so i noticed a huge decline on productivity...at first all good was fresh and hot and now it is almost always luke warm....at first if there was about 8 -10 cars in the drive thru it would be a 5-10 min wait which was fast and convenient seeing how it os fast food. Now though if there are 2-3 cars I literally cant even go bcuz its a 30 min wait. Im not a complainer but this either needs to close or get fixed! MCDONALD'S right next store has triple the business and they are faster that's why people choose them bks food is better the service sucks

UPDATE 5-20 sat at the drive thru window from 658 to 714 pm waiting to even pay this is the slowest fas food in new mexico

Update 8-23 hire some freaking help 25 mins for a cheeseburger fries and a wrap with no line is insane and I've left 2 dif times from then not taking an order at the drive thru this location is terrible they always only have 2 people working one taking orders one cooking this is on management not the employees

Update 1-8-25 today was slammed packed busy I almost didn't come but the lady working the register was balling out and flying around the ladies in the kitchen how we were slower than turtles the poor lady was working the register and helping them need to hire better cooks but a step better at least there wasn't 2 people still waited over 30 mins...

Unwelcoming and unenthusiastic staff aside from one gentleman the last time I came to this location for the second time. I'm a delivery driver, and needless to say, the cashier in front lobby taking orders didn't like her job. She drug her feet to do anything and wasn't friendly or welcoming at all... She went to take fries out of the frier and put them in the warmer and right after she sneezed in her hands, wiped her snot with her left hand, than used same hand to grab fry container and fill with fries and bag the fries. Then she dropped a bag on the floor that was gross and picked it up and still sent it on its way like nothing happened. She then proceeded to tell the gentleman running the drive thru that she "hated this job!" and he replied to her saying "than why did you start working here?" for her to respond,"idk!" Second time coming to this location for the day there were many customers who were being ignored and the cashier walked around pretending to be busy but wasn't doing anything but grab a bag and open it. Sadly wasn't a good experience at all today and I truly question the cleanliness of the building and it's employees based off today interaction. Yall been warned. Just be careful out there especially with everything...

I came thru drive thru last night The guy at the intercomma said he'll be right with me. He said go head and order when you're ready. So I let him know what I wanted. He gave me a total. I asked him if this was for a meal he said "oh you want a meal" i said yes. He then gave me a different total when I pulled up to the window. He handed me a drink. I asked him what that was he said, coke. I informed him that when he took my order. He didn't ask me what size of order or what I would like to drink at that moment. He then asked me. "How many times have been here" apparently The man with facial tattoos believes that the customer Should tell him what size their meal is and what they want to drink.Because that's not his job to ask those questions.This gentleman has a very nasty attitude.
