So I used to work here for a while. There are so many problems in this establishment that need to be fixed as well as the managers they are very disrespectful to there employees and act like they are better than us because they are the managers and “in control” they also overwork you they do not train you right they tell you what to do one time and then they expect you to get it from there then as soon as there is a rush or in general , they get mad at you because you are not doing it right or fast enough when you were not properly trained in the first place by them. they do not wear gloves which when I first walked into this place I thought they were required to well they did not which is very nasty because some of them were not washing there hands and we’re very dirty. their bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The person that was doing carhop would clean them once in a while, but they would become very dirty really fast. in the customers bathroom it smelt gross there was a leak coming from the toilet or something and there would be toilet paper stuck to the water on the floors which most likely caused that horrible smell. If there was not enough stuff or we ran out, they would fill it with stuff that was alike but different stuff. everybody in this place (when I was working there) would always be against others would talk smack about them to the other employees then act like everything was fine with the people they we’re talking about very two-faced ! . they also would sit and eat in front and back when they would tell us we we’re not allowed to (managers & gm) The management is very poorly ran many have quit because of the disrespect and overwork they have received. It is honestly a lot of work especially when you are the only person doing what u are put on and it is very busy. would not recommend this place at all. This is how it was when I was in this place which I’m guessing it still is by reading the recent...
Read moreSad, sad, so sad this place. June 5, 2024 around 6 p.m. the wife went to Sonic, a 3 minute drive from our house, to get us each a milkshake. 45 minutes later she arrives with our shakes. The girl brought them to the car, 30 minutes after ordering at a time when it was barely busy, with both shakes having whipped cream when mine was supposed to be no cream. My wife asked which one was fudge and which one was chocolate ? "I don't know," came the response. Wife, "You don't have one marked ?" "Uh, no....(with a tude tone of voice)....I didn't make them." Wife, "I need a chocolate with no whip." Girl leaves with both shakes. 15 minutes later, the wife, having realized she had beenblown off and thus the lowest priority....went inside and the manager (also with a tude) said, "Can I help you ?" Wife explains everything and the manager says (sarcastic voice)..."You can tell which one is which cause the fudge is darker." Wife, "How can I do that when there is whipped cream on both ?" Manager insults wife...."We will have to make it over and you need to get out of the way cause people are needing to get in and out." Wife, "You know, you wouldn't have an issue like that if you just marked one cup with a H or a C." When the wife got home and told me why it took so long....I told her...."Well maybe they won't let the employees use anything sharp like a marker." The last time we ever bought anything at this Sonic was 5 years ago cause they always get the order wrong, always have a tude that you complained, and always lack the concept that "The customer is always right." 20 years ago we use to buy something once a week.... gradually we got to where it was not as often because the service, food, and attitudes were getting worse. Obviously we will...
Read moreFast Food???? This location is normally busy, and you can expect to wait. Today, when I pulled into the drive. I noticed that the drive up was wrapped all the way to the opposite side of the building. I pulled into the first stall as I was only going to order one drink. They answered the call pretty quickly, not too bad. I push the screen to pay with cash. I waited, and I waited, and I waited approximately 20 minutes to go by for one drink? I could see inside the building from where I was parked. 2 employees, a male and a female standing. I'm assuming talking and laughing. It did not look like they were doing anything, but talking. Then another female arrived. I'm assuming for her shift, as she had her hat in her hand, and she walked into the building. The young lady who had been talking to the young man grabbed an order and took it one of the stalls. I'm noticing the drive up hasn't moved, but maybe one vehicle. Then she goes back into the building and resumes her conversation and I'm still waiting. I must have been there close to 30 minutes waiting to get one soft drink. It's supposed to be fast food. How do they do the orders? Is it first come first serve? What if someone comes in with an order of 10 #1's and 1 person comes in for their new fries. Does that 1 person have to wait until they complete all 10 meals, even though one is in a drive-thru and 1 is in the stall. I just found this experience really disappointing. I would rather drive the extra few miles to go to the location in Bosque farms. Also, there are a few stalls that dont work. It would be great for customers not to pull into a stall and have to back up again because the screen doesn't work. A little caution tape to give people a heads up would...
