Maurices — Local services in Los Lunas

My daughter went in today with her 13 year old son to Maurices in Los Lunas. The older lady working there told my daughter she was scared of her son (13 years old......hmmmm) and was very very rude to both her and her son. She then told her son to wait in the car. When she proceeded to leave, the lady had locked the door. Her son is a good kid, he gets good grades, does community service, and plays school sports......and she was afraid of him!!!!! Needless to say, she left purchasing nothing and WILL NEVER SHOP...

Staff were attentive and friendly. They helped me find a few things and try them on, and got me different sizes of I needed them. They even helped me order some items online when the store didn't have them in stock. The coupons they give out in store to use later are good too! Clothes are cute and...

Sheena was so helpful both times I went in this past week. Not only was she helpful, but she was polite, kind and full of GRACE. It is not a quality you often find in customer service these days. I will be back because I feel like an appreciated customer. The world needs more sales...
