Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Lunas

We've been going to Dominos for months. It's been ok although some of the pizzas have been slightly overcooked. Mostly it's been ok. Until Sunday, Dec 3rd. That is.

I ordered a pizza online in the morning to be picked up in the evening. Had to be in the city all day until evening. Before arriving, I called to see if I could get it a bit earlier since I was back in LL a bit earlier than I thought I would be and was told it was ready, I thought great! Until I got there. I asked how long it had been ready after getting the food. I was told it had been there all day and was told I had to talk to the manager. I looked at the pizza and it was disgusting from being there all day. Told him I made the order for evening. He told me I did not. Went back n forth. He was patronizing, condescending and was basically calling me a liar.

I truly ordered it for evening but something happened I guess. Still don't know what. His patronizing self said he'd make the order again. Gave him the food and was irritated and said yes, do, this is disgusting. He told me to act like an adult, I told him to act like one. He told me he's refusing to serve me, I told him to refund me and went somwhere else for food.

I guess some LITTLE MEN can only feel good about themselves by being mean and nasty to little old ladies. This guy came across as a total, total jerk.

Now, think of this, they had a pizza ready for pickup for almost 9hrs. If no one picked it up, don't you think someone would have brains enough to call me n ask about it? Text about it? They had my ph #. Nope, no brain thinking at that place.

Another thing, they handed me 9 hr old food and were quite happy to do so.

Disgusting that they would consider that. If they had tried to notify me, it could've been cleared up. But, that would've meant good customer service, something that the LITTLE MAN MANAGER W THE BEARD KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT.

Next step- I'll be notifying corporate.

If you like the idea of possibly getting old food, go to Dom's. If you like little men who are trying to make themselves feel superior by dissing little old ladies, then go to Dom's. If you want brainless customer service, go to Dom's.

Unbelievable! I ordered 3 large pizzas YESTERDAY for my sons school party at 1pm today. His teacher contacted me that the pizzas were still not there at 1:15pm. I called the store and the managers excuse was “well sorry we didn’t expect to be busy it’s the next delivery”. So I order 24 hours in advance and you don’t see that order as soon as you open this morning? So when I asked him that and why as a “manager” he didn’t plan better and get the ahead order out before the call in or online orders being placed today his response again was “I can’t plan it I didn’t know we would be busy”…..what? Your a manager and that’s your response? Not a apology or anything just an attitude because I’m sure he’s some young punk. Then he hung up on me when I asked for the store managers information!!! But who cares about the customer right, I mean you got your payment yesterday! UPDATE: My husband just went over there to just pick up the pizzas so the kids can get them and the store is wide open, phones are ringing and absolutely NO ONE is there. He called police dispatch over. This location is unreal.

UPDATE 5/30/22: The GM contacted me and was very polite and gave us a refund and apologized.

Drove to the restaurant because my app said my pizza was ready. I waited at the window for ten minutes and finally William opens the window and stares at me. I took that as my que to give him my name and he comes back to tell me my pizzas aren’t ready. Alright, I wait the ten minutes he told me it would be and drive back around to the window. I get my pizzas which were both supposed to be extra sauce. I asked for them to be extra sauce, cuz it was basically cheese and bread. William came to the window with daw dough and sauce on it to show me how much he put on the other ones. So I was like, can we put extra then? Whether the sauce was sucked into the dough or not, I asked for extra sauce. William rolled his eyes and closed the window. I haven’t been spoken to since and I’m currently waiting on my hopefully extra sauce pizzas. I work in retail so I try not to be a difficult customer but my pizzas have been great almost every other time. I know they have the capability to make my pizza correctly. I don’t know what the issue is but I’m frustrated. It shouldn’t be this difficult...
