This place is otherwise okay food wise but the workers can be disrespectful. At least some of them can be I went there around 8:00pm doors were closed so I go through the drive through and I’m waiting in line for a good few minutes and I order and pull up and this whole time I was waiting I kept seeing 2 darker hair young workers step outside the door to smoke several times well when I pulled forward they came outside the door again was smoking and blowing smoke in drivers windows I rolled up my window and trying to just get my food so I can go home . I understand everyone needs a break (((But not all of us can or want to be breathing smoke well being in line waiting for your food some of us have health issues and breathing problems )))). I finally pull up to get my food and I see at least 2 workers actually working their hardest to keep this line moving and definitely carrying the slack of the workers playing around at the door instead of doing there job. I’m very thankful to the blonde hair guy that was working the window he looked very stressed and still had patience to fix the issue I had with my order well taking other people’s orders and making drinks at the same time. Some of these people should be fired they aren’t doing anything except making other peoples jobs and customers life’s harder especially since the other workers aren’t getting paid anymore to do other people’s job on top of theirs. Read moreI have always been kinda a regular here - off and on. Usually a problem with “extra sauce” or “extra cheese” requests but it minor and in a burrito.
But this? SERIOUSLY? I pay for extra sour cream, dude on the speaker said “extra sour” as he added it to the order -
Guess what? NO SOUR CREAM. And stale STALE chips, Doritos taco shell on the mystery box they randomly gave us, the Cantina chicken quesadilla my wife got - was not any of that nor was it grilled…. Zero receipt -
Nice trying to enjoy the playoffs with crappy food. Whatever this location has decided to do is horrendous.
I am wondering if it is the same inattentive manager as before or a worse one?
EDIT 2-15-25: I gave in and tried again. Guess what? They still can’t get an order right.
No tomatoes? Lol Yep still put it. Asked for extra sour cream and paid for it - but generically annoyed window person must have a code for zero sour cream.
This time they couldn’t even be bothered to try on the burritos. No onions? Just kidding let’s put more. No extra what I asked and paid for.

Read moreCheck your orders! We placed an online order and went through the drive-thru. Upon arrival at the window, they asked us to pull forward to the light pole. After five minutes and no order, two vehicles behind us received their regular orders. After three more minutes, we pulled to the parking lot and I went in. An employee asked for my "order" and I explained to them what transpired. She then told me they lost my order and would remake it right away. As the next employee started to walk out with an order, I asked if it was mine, it wasn't, and he walked outside only to return 30 seconds later with the order he just walked out with. Another employee handed an order to a gentleman next to me, but his order wasn't remotely accurate. At this time, it was evident the staff were far behind on orders because staff kept coming back with the wrong orders! I finally got my order (correct) and returned to the car. At this point, my wife informed me an employee had come to our vehicle and asked my wife what she was waiting for, when my wife answered, the employee told her they threw our order away because we weren't at the light pole - this was the same person who just earlier told me they "lost" my order!! Next time (IF we return), I'm not moving from that window without our order.
