"Lou"cille's Kitchen Express — Restaurant in Louisiana

Well I hate to do this but I thought about it long and hard and I decided that its a must I do this. Today is 05/23/23 and the time was about 2:20pm and I stopped in to try this spot I seen when I was shopping the other day. I had a taste for Soul food and they didn’t look bad at all. I walked up to the area where the food was but I couldn’t see it because it was covered. There was this young African American lady that was pregnant and she was sitting down which I didn't mine because she was pregnant. I asked what they had and she gave me a few options and Lasagna was one that caught my ear with two sides and fried fish. I asked her could I see the Lasagna so I could see what it looked like and she rudely said it looks like Lasagna! So I looked around as if she couldn’t have been talking to me and then as bad as I wanted to spend my money there I simply couldn’t do it with the bad customer service. I just want to let her know most people don’t eat what they cant see and all Lasagna doesn’t look the same either because everyone makes it different especially in Louisiana. I will never go back because of this and I actually wanted 15 plates for my employees. This is why people go to Chic fil a because the customer service is amazing. I ordered the smothered pork chop and gravy, with macaroni and yams with a lemonade the macaroni taste spoiled gravy was extra spicy the corn bread was dry, the lady who waited on me was aggravated with the cook, she ask me what size lemonade I said small she still gave me a large which was $5.50 which I thought was extremely high when I ask for a small..she was distracted by answering her phone in the middle of Waiting on me, which was rude,after tasting my lemonade it was so sweet like a pound of sugar was in it, I went and ask can I switch the lemonade out for something else, the lady look at me hesitant until I said I only took one sip so she reached in the cooler and gave me a sprite and said I guess I have to pay for the sprite,horrible customer service I’ll never eat at this...
