If I could give this place ZERO stars I absolutely would‼️ My mother and I walked into this restaurant on a Saturday, and the young man at the counter did not even acknowledge us. I greeted him with a hello, he looked right at us and said nothing. We stood at the counter for about three minutes looking over the menu while he stood there silently acting as if we didn’t exist.

There wasn’t a single customer in the building, so you would think they would be eager to serve someone and make a sale. With so many other Asian restaurants within a few blocks, this level of rudeness makes no sense. My feelings were genuinely hurt because we came ready to support their business and were completely ignored.

We left and went a few blocks up to eat elsewhere. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Save your time and your money, there are far better options nearby that actually value...

I've lived in the area for almost 10 years and didn't want to get food from my regular Chinese restaurant and didn't want to drive to my 2nd choice. So, I searched my area and found Chong Qing. The food was great! I ordered something simple to try it out (pint of shrimp fried rice and veggie rolls). It was quick, exactly as I ordered it and GOOD! I like a darker fried rice and theirs was perfect. There were only 2 cons. I spoke and said thank you many times and wasn't acknowledged (there was no language barrier) the other was the portion size, cost ratio was was slightly more than what I normally get and pay for. With so many generic chinese places it's hard to stand out. This place does! Delivery is usually under half an hour! The lunch specials are very well priced. I love the wok seared flavor of the lo mein. The roasted pork is very flavorful. Chicken is my go-to most of the time, but the pork here is much better. I also really liked the Young fried rice, pad thai, and house mei fun. If you love your food as extra spicy as I, they WILL make it extra spicy for you on request.
