I went into the store tonight to place my order. While we were waiting my three year old niece needed to use the bathroom. I tried unsuccessfully several times to get someone's attention but was completely ignored. I had to physically get in the way of a delivery driver before I was acknowledged...only to be told rather rudely to go elsewhere.

When I finally got my order, the pizza was completely wrong. I ordered a half pineapple, half ham and black olive pizza. What I received was a pepperoni pizza with pineapple, ham, and black olives on one half. It took another five minutes before one of the FOUR employees in the store would even acknowledge me so that I could explain that my pizza was wrong. All the employee said was "oh, I miss understood your order". He took the pizza and turned back to the kitchen, without telling me what he was going to do to fix it. My niece and I sat down on the bench and began to eat our bread bites while they were still hot.

Twenty minutes later, I still did not have a pizza. I had now been in the store for forty minutes so I went up to the counter to ask what was being done with my pizza. I was told that it was in the oven. New orders had been placed ahead of my incorrectly made pizza. I then asked for a number for a manager so that I could call later to speak to someone. I was told that the manager was in the kitchen but was too busy to speak to me. I told the employee that I understood that they were busy, which is why I asked for a number to call back at another time. The employee then informed me that he was going to wait on the other customers in the store before helping me. At this point I asked what they were going to do to make it right since I had been there for so long waiting on my pizza to be made correctly. He offered me a bottled drink.

After another ten minutes (now fifty minutes since I first walked into the store), the manager handed me my pizza and walked away without saying a word. I asked again what they were going to do to make it right...and was once again offered a...

Very dissatisfied with this locations customer service. I placed an order through the app. It was never delivered. I tried to call the location 5x to find out where it was and why the app said it was delivered and I had not received it. Only to be hung up on 5x. I tried calling the driver back since I had missed their call, that took another 12x before they answered the phone. Only to tell me that after claiming to knock on my door which was not heard, and only calling me 1 time that they brought my order back to the store so they could throw it away. I have never dealt with such incompetence like this from domino's so this is very very disappointing. Especially knowing that the driver did not do a good enough job trying to make sure I either heard them knock or answered my phone. I am hard of hearing so I am partially deaf in both ears from time in the military. The driver clearly needs to undergo more training on how to deliver to customers, and the location needs to fix their phones so that they can be reached in a timely fashion for when things like this happen. I had to completely replace my order only now extending even longer time B4 I will ever get my food. This is so way below par even...

This was my free 2 topping pizza for making multiple online orders. I made my order online and went to the location near my house for an instore pickup. When I arrived my pizza was ready, but it had garlic butter seasoning on the crust which I specifically marked do not put on crust. I really don’t like it, and was fine waiting for a replacement pizza which was made, and unfortunately I didn’t check my pizza before leaving because I knew they didn’t add it this time, and didn’t want to seem like I was being difficult, but I should have because when I got home I found out they put tomato sauce on my Philly pizza which isn’t supposed to have any, and yes I put no sauce on pizza when I ordered. So now I’m going to just eat this pizza made wrong instead of having to go back and wait for another pizza made correctly. This is the first time I have given a review, usually I arrive a d if there’s no problem I tip well and leave, but not this time.
