Great food we were visiting from Missouri and I look up Mexican restaurants and found this place son my wife loves it as well as I do and our kids to be honest and my son loves buffet we took my sister-n-laws family they actually didn't even know about it great food clean place all the workers were on the ball besides our waitress of course just our luck lol but I wasn't gonna let it ruin our experience we had no alcoholic beverages but a group of 8 we had 6 adults and 2 kids it was about $200 which we thought wasn't bad they put a 18% charge as we were a big group as do most places and that is fine if you have good service our waitress was horrible one person in our party just got water we had to ask 3 times to get his drink they weren't under staffed we should have ask for a different waitress I guess oh well either way we will be back next time we visit baton rouge again hopefully we get a different sever if not I will request one I usually tip around 22% if we have good service but when the add it to the bill I just go with it but I'm sure some don't tip much or at all our server would have got $5 bucks at the most and to be honest that would be to much lesson learned but the food is great love the fact of it a buffet tried some things I haven't before and it was great make sure you go here you won't be disappointed but if you're waitress is lazy ask for a different one the rest were amazing and hard working we just happened to get a bad apple maybe she was just tired and having a bad day idk either way we will be back thank you for the great food and...

Was HORRIBLE, the food wasn’t good at all, I paid $21 for me and my five year old daughter, which was too high for the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE they had ig because we was the ONLY African Americans in there. They treated us differently than the others. The hold time we was sitting down everyone pass me up and never asked me did we find everything ok or would we like another drink. They had attitudes when I ask for a refill but they charge me $2.25 for the drink. They never asked me was I ready to get my receipt they just printed out and gave it to me didn’t know if I was finish. I paid $21 for horrible food my daughter thought was SO NASTY SHE DIDNT EAT NOTHING. And $21 for some food that wasn’t fresh and disgusting. This was my first time here and they wasn’t welcoming at all. Every time I ask them something they had an attitude like I was dumb or something I just didn’t know how everything goes because this was our first time eating there. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. The selection is HORRIBLE and NOT that many food to choose from. PLEASE bring your money somewhere else. Applebee’s, chili’s, outback, or Texas Roadhouse would give you more of your money worth than this place. They also never told me or showed me a price that just sat us down didn’t greet and just bought my recipe NEVER went to a place like that. ITS ONLY FOR MEXICANS. You would be treated...

Brought my friend who is Guatemalan and from Miami, so she CRAVES good Spanish food. She had been to a few places in Lousiana and said they were all a disappointment until this place! They have a massive buffet of food with a small salad bar as well. On the weekends it gets a little pricey at $15 a person, but on normal weekdays it's great! There is a ton of food to select from (about 4 or 5 buffet bars worth) and most of it was delicious.

Try to avoid rush hour lunch times as the place fills up pretty hard. And it was unfortunate that our server was probably a new teenager who just started because he gave 1 person 1 refill in the 40 minutes we were there, but otherwise it was mostly an American-Spanish environment. We went about 3 and there was maybe 15 people occupying the 2 big rooms.

Also there is an authentic Spanish market/bakery/cafe next door that has a small selection of all Spanish dishes and market food you can try out. Expect things to be priced accordingly to food that has been imported. Come here with an empty stomach and a small wad of cash and you'll go home with a full belly and a bag full of extra tasty things you...

My husband and I have eaten here many times in the past. However, I have found that the quality has gone down. To be fair, there is a big selection on the buffet, some good and some not so good. The tamales are my favorite, but the chimichangas and some of the other dishes taste like they were just warmed up. The service was not very good today, and it was only 11 a.m. so it wasn't that busy. The place definitely needs some upgrading, and they need to do better on some of the dishes, especially the chili rellenos which are usually my favorite, but today they were black and unappealing. The people are very nice, I just feel like a lot of the food is being recycled from day to day which is not worth $20 for a buffet.

I've been here twice on the weekend and it was good. I definitely recommend this place if you're craving Mexican food. It's a great way to try a bunch of dishes without breaking the wallet. Im not sure I could pick my favorite out of the many that I tried. The area is clean and they have gloves for people who don't want to touch the lids and tongs directly. It's great that they cover the food. They also seem to serve the food in small batches to ensure that they don't sit around for too long. The dessert could be better. Both the flan and tres leches was .. not amazing.. almost the opposite. Overall, a solid place to go when you have an itch for Mexican.

Ths is truely authentic Mexican food that is made from scratch. This place has to be one of the best places to eat in Baton Rouge when it comes to this type of cuisine. The staff was very frendly and kept the buffet up as more customers came in for lunch. This is a biligual restaurant so if you speak only Spanish the you should have no trouble. The restaurant seems to be Christian owned and operated and it is very clean and well lit in the serving area with the staff making sure the buffet and dishes from tbles are cleaned as soon as they are soiled. The restroms were clean and had some really cool sinks.
