Market Place Siegen Ln — Local services in Baton Rouge

I love topgolf. I have visited alot of locations numerous times, on and off peak times,, however, my last visit to this location lacked something. I had a group of 6 that were told the wait time would be 3hrs. The time is usually given so that you can understand there will be a wait. I have never had to wait over an hour time frame, which on busier times, there will be waiting time,they are usually very good about accommodations. I had to check several times to see where we stood on the list, I was then told that most of the ppl that were coming in were reservations,however I checked for 2days, including every hour the day of the visit, reservations could not be made, so to be told they were reservations, gave me hesitation. After the last time of checking and asking what place we stood, all of a sudden I received the text stating our bay would be available shortly. By this time we had spent well over 150 on food and drinks and were ready to do something different. I don't understand how after 3hrs of waiting and 3floors of bays, did we only move 4spaces on the list but within 2 minutes, starting receiving messages. This group of ppl drove 2hrs to visit this location. I just think this situation on this particular night could have been handled...

I just thought it was too expensive. Getting food, there was terrible service. A female got our debit card, swiped it on the iPad, asked what drinks were need, and never came back so within those ten minutes I walked up to a bar and explained a gentleman working behind the bar.I was told she went to break! He was happy to get the drinks, but asked for a debit card again saying it would be different tab since she started one on the iPad which was different system. I felt uncomfortable with that, but whatever. He delivered the drinks and Wow who shows up, her. She takes our order for the meals and the wait was so long that by the time it came to the table we were called to go golfing. We are ready to take the drinks and food with us, but then told we couldn't take anything to the Bay. We eventually spoke to someone higher up who made an exception for us to take everything, but that was so ridiculous that I refuse to ever do top golf regardless...

I went to the Walmart and I just don't get how the aisles are constantly filled with pallets of merchandise to be shelved, enough to make reaching merchandise and navigating the store a challenge but they're out of EVERYTHING. What's more, I appreciate the staff members who are filling curbside pickup orders are focused on being diligent but, perhaps they could take into consideration their own footprint; stop blocking the entire aisle while you pull merchandise. Oh, and, if your running so late, maybe you could start earlier - my time is important too and I don't appreciate being threatened with your big cart or you in my...
