The staff seemed very warm and friendly but the person taking my order didn't tell me that the soup would have to be put together at home before submitting the order. This was a problem for many reasons and the whole thing ended up being at nightmare because I tried doing it in my car since I was a bit famished. Hands down the best Pho in the New Orleans area. The flavor of the broth, the texture of the noodles, the chili oil you can ask for is a perfect addition if you like some kick like I do.
