Ordered $100 worth of food when we made it home we realized the sweet n sour was missing and we had 2 mandarin duck combos (which I was told it does not come w/ a eggroll but only white rice or fried rice) they only had one large rice in the bag. No big deal I called them to let them know we would be coming back to get it. As soon as I told the woman (Mei) some of our order was missing she immediately started arguing w/me that she had put everything in the bag. I tried explaining to her that if the sweet n sour was in the bag I wouldn’t have called back or said anything I just spent $100 on this order one of the items being the sweet n sour sauce why would have I lie about it not being in there so I drive all the way back up there to get the sauce and ask why we only got one large rice w/ 2 combos she continues to argue w/ me saying at first I had to order the rice separately then changes it up and says it does come w/ the duck but she gave us a large so the ones who ordered it could share. I explained to her the rice was for 2 grown men and they are not sharing out of the same container and we just wanted the rice separately like the menu said. She argued w/ me a few more min.s and just gave me the sauce and rice. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN NOT ONLY DID THE WOMAN ARGUE W/ ME THE ENTIRE TIME INSTEAD OF JUST TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT ALSO THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!!! These people will never get my...

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel like it's my duty to the public that I do. First off, the server was very sweet. The egg drop soup was not good at all. I've never seen clear egg drop soup before. It looked like toilet water with shredded toilet paper. It tasted like it was watered down. It was horrible. Ordered the barbecue pork ribs. I was expecting the red sticky sweet sauce on the ribs. When they arrived, they looked like they were dunked in diarrhea. Besides the horrible look I tried one and it was chewy and just nasty. So bad. 0-2. Ordered mandarin chicken. It comes out with another covering of diarrhea. It was soggy and the chicken tasted old. I didn't get past the first bite. The poor waitress was trying to talk to the management or owners to get our food comped. They were extremely rude to her. We paid $40 without eating anything. Horrible food and even more...

I walked in and stood at the front of the restaurant for over 10 minutes without being greeted. I finally asked for a table and the lady apologized because she thought that I was waiting for take out. After I was seated, I ordered the boneless chicken combination plate which comes with soup, combination fried rice, an egg roll, and the entree. The egg drop soup was almost clear and had very little flavor. The egg roll was VERY greasy and didn't have any shrimp or pork. The combination fried rice had absolutely NO meat at all... no pork, no chicken, no beef, and no shrimp.... (Every other Chinese restaurant that I have eaten at, combination means multiple types of meat.) The boneless chicken was decent and the only part of the meal that I enjoyed.
