Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Louisiana

My experience was horrible. First off I was there picking up a birthday cake because it was obviously my birthday. I had already signed into the eClub app the day before my birthday and I get there to order the cake and get a free little cake because it’s my birthday and the lady says she need to see that the app sent me a happy birthday email to get a free little cake and the app sent me emails but no happy birthday email and I showed her all my information on the app saying my birthday was today my name my email everything I put into the app to make an account but no she needs to see the happy birthday email I showed her the emails that the app had sent me but none of the emails that were sent to me said happy birthday so she said she can’t give me a free little cake. Then she said that the big cake that we were ordering would be a 30 minute wait and she asked for my phone number and said they would call us when it’s ready so we waited in the place next door to nothing Bundt cakes it was Jersey Mike’s we waited 1 hour then decided to go check if the cake was ready yet and it was just sitting on the counter she never called us nor did she text us. The last three times I’ve gone to the Covington location, it’s been the same experience…lacking in icing on their Bundt cakes. I even had the young girl attempt to find others today (I was trying to purchase three), but they were all the same. I purchased two only because I was picking them up for my girlfriends, but requested a refund for the third one (I’d already paid for them), which the manager came out and happily refunded with no attempt to resolve. They advertise and USED TO make the cakes with the icing falling down the sides of the cakes, but this location covers the top and slightly down the side, unlike the other locations. I’m done. They charge too much to skimp on icing! I thought it was a one-time thing, but whoever is making the cakes in Covington isn’t preparing them properly, or receiving instructions from management to add less icing which...

In a word "YUMMY"! Stopped by on a Thursday, with a coupon sent thru the mail for one free bundtlet (mini bundt cake). Inside, my wife said she knew which flavor she wanted. I said " but it's my birthday cake". The nice woman behind the counter, who we had "met" in the parking lot on her break, heard me. She offered a pad for us fill out to join their birthday club, so we could get a free bundtlet. We both filled one out. But since we had that coupon, we walked out with 2 cakes- free.
