On a recent visit I ordered their onion rings. The best I've tasted, (which were not too long ago removed for a different version and added back due to customer requests) and upon getting home found they were burnt and other pieces of items on their menu was in my order, gizzard and chicken batter. I am Vegan so this was not good. I called to speak to someone about the matter, no answer so I left a detailed message asking to be called back, no response. I then was in the area and thought to speak to them in person. To my pleasant surprise the Manager Jarod (I hope I got his name right) listened to my complaint, looked as displeased as I was at the issue and offered to make me a fresh batch free of charge. This is what I call customer service and what will keep me going back. Thank you Linda's for restoring my faith in excellent Management. *One note would be to have a staff member check messages regularly šŸ˜€ keep up the great work.

First time eating here today. We went through the drive through. The line moved pretty quickly. The cashier was nice. We noticed that cooks didnt wear gloves or have on hairnets while handling food . My daughter laughed that the heat will kill the germs 🤣. Bless the food Lord!. I ordered a 3 piece dark chicken with onion rings and a sweet tea. The onion rings were homemade. They were good and crunchy. The chicken wasn't seasoned enough for "MY" liking. The tea tasted watered down. My daughter ordered a small fish plate with onion rings. It came with 2 pieces of fish and one hushpuppy ( not good) . The fish was seasoned well and crunchy. She enjoyed the onion rings as well. She also DID NOT like the tea. We are willing to try it again to give a better update. Next time we will dine inside.

My daughter and a few of her friends went here last night at 6:45 PM and the teenagers that were working rudely told them they had to leave because they were closed. This is 6:45 on a Saturday evening!!! Linda’s was supposed to be open until 9 PM!!! These teenage employees need to be replaced and the manager needs to be either retrained or replaced. Popeyes gladly took their order and their money. Linda’s Chicken & Fish, your business needs attention...

I have been craving fried chicken for months. Couldn't bring myself to waste the urge on over-salted frachise chicken cooked in month old oil 'til dry as jerky. After a search "near me", Linda's website spoke to my stumach. Glad we listened. Good Chicken done right needs that golden crispy crust to keep the chicken juicy. NAILED IT!! ...and seasoned to perfection too. Wife shared a piece of fried catfish. It was so good, I had to share first bite on a drumstick to balance the scales. By then, we hadn't even got to the sides. The Mac & Cheese, you could see black pepper peering through the lid. Initial taste reminded me of Aunt Audie, almost brought me a tear. The flavor was so down-home, I gestured to the wife to taste and she agreed, like home. Afterwards, she shared in the appreciation by throwing over a few tater tots. Golden cripy on the outside with tender tater goodness in the middle. By then we knew, we will be back. Already eyed fried shrimp for next visit....

The food is really, really good. Mac n Cheese is one of my favorites. Their chicken is good, but personally, I like their dinners. All sorts of traditional Southern Louisiana stuff including some you don't see as often these days. For example, there's breaded pork chop, fried shrimp, fish, oysters, soft shell crab, but also chicken livers and chicken gizzards. I had an older friend that lived in New Orleans who would come up once a month or so just for the gizzards! I have not personally tried them, but he said they were excellent. He said it's hard to keep them from being dry or being tough and rubbery, and theirs is neither. But you'll have to take his word for it. The closest I will get to gizzards is gizzard gravy. They also have several different milkshake flavors. For a while they'd been doing mostly takeout. I went through the drive through on my last visit, and I forgot to notice if people were inside eating šŸ™ƒ. I'll try to make certain what's up soon and...
