Customer service is horrible. I ordered a pretzel pizza and an extra most bestest pepperoni. I watched the 2 employees talking in the back about how the oven isnt heating right, so they ran it halfway back through the oven, it still wasnt right, so she put it back in. Then took it out and told her coworker its burnt. Coworker responded "you shouldve put it in the top oven"(thats where my pepperoni was cooked and it was perfect). But she continued to cut and box it. So when i got my pizzas i checked it of course. It was burnt, and didnt rise.... I politely asked if she could remake my pizza because its burnt. She said "NO, i can give you your money back but i cant remake it. Its going to come out like that again, thats how its supposed to look. Im not going to make it again"
First of all this is NOT the first time you've had the pretzel pizza(i get it anytime you have it, its my favorite). Second of all, i waited 15 minutes for my pizza to be cooked and am willing to wait another 15 minutes for a new one so no i dont want my money back i want what i ordered. You could have redone it in the top oven like your coworker suggested before you gave it to me like that.
I managed a pizza place for 2 years, and am very familiar with the process of preparing cooking and serving your guests their order. That pizza should never have went out to any guest like that, and when a guest righteously asks for a new one you should never deny them that.
She was very rude and i am not the one to complain, as you can see this is my 1st review ever.... i was looking very forward to that pizza, i left my house and went got one as soon as i saw your commercial...

Well, when I walked into the store the manager was talking with an employee. I was standing there forever a minute, she did not acknowledge me. She didn't know I place an online order. I could have wanted to place an order. I had to interrupt her conversation for help. Once, I explained to her that I placed an online order, and she just pointed to the pick-up machine. She cut me off before I could finish explaining to her, that the app shut down without giving me a pick-up code. I interrupted her conversation once again, she seemed very annoyed 😒. I was getting ready to say thank you and good night, she said very rudely, anything else, thank you, bye. All of that was said in one very rush sentence. I asked what was her name, she said Kaitlyn, I'm the manager. I walked out very dissatisfied with her customer service skills. I worked in customer service for 15 years, and I never spoke to or treated a customer that way. Oh, I should say I was the only customer there, so there should've been any confusion, about whether or not I had been taken care of already.
