Olive Branch Cafe — Restaurant in Louisiana

I have ordered pizza from this place on 3 pretty recent occasions (over the last 7 months, since I moved to Marrero), and on the last few occasions, the 2 large pizzas that I received on both occasions (so, 4 large pizzas total) have been very burnt, and they were extremely greasy. Very burnt, and very greasy. Last night, when I ordered again, I put in my Uber Eats note, to please try your best not to burn the pizzas this time, because they were burnt in the last time, and they completely ignored my request, and again, I received 2 large very overly done (with burned cheese) pizzas, and they are always very greasy. I really enjoyed the pizza the 1st time I got it, and I kind of enjoyed yt the last time (even though both pizzas were burnt), but last night's order was really bad, and I will never be ordering from this restaurant ever again. The workers do not seem to care about making a good pizza, that is not completely burnt. I hate leaving a bad review, and maybe I have just gotten really unlucky with them, but I will not be taking any more chances with this place, because the pizza is not cheap, and really, they should put more care into their pizzas at the prices that they charge. I will try some other pizza place out next time, I get hungry for a pizza. Oh, and by the way, Uber Eats does not care about customer satisfaction, and automaticly declines refunds, no matter what. I am not the type to just complain over the smallest of things either. The pizza was truly awful. Very overdone, and extremely greasy. Burnt cheese. Burnt crust....

I wanted chicken Parmesan. They only have it in sandwich format I asked if the had it thinking maybe I overlooked it. The waitress said I can see if the kitchen can do it, comes back and says ‘we can do it over pasta no problem.’ Great! I order that. They put this in front of me. I'm so done. Boiled/Grilled chicken spaghetti. Not even close to chicken parm. We ordered appetizers, They completely forgot the mozzarella sticks. Never any mention of it. Our waitress then disappeared for the next 20 min while my husband ate, and my food sat there. We decided to get a box for him to eat it for dinner. Waitress finally comes back and puts a box and the bill on the table and walks off without saying anything. They knew before I left it wasn’t good and didn’t even ask if I enjoyed or try to make it ok. I called in an order of chicken Parm to DiMartino before I even left the table. I have eaten here for many over 20 years. Tonights dinner was a big disappointment, I ordered a cup of the shrimp and corn bisque soup and there were several shrimp unpeeled. For my entree I ordered the pasta jambalaya which has always been my favorite dish here, but tonight there were several pieces of grizzle. I commented to the waitress who then sent out an unidentified woman ( not sure if she was the manager she never said who she was) She offered to take it off my bill and I could get something else, I declined.She said she would address the shrimp issue but the chicken tenderloins come in this way. I suggested that someone needs to show the prep what the difference is between chicken and grizzle. I was going to get desert but I was handed my check and never asked if I wanted anything else.
