Been waiting for this place to open for a while now. Worth it! Small place in a little strip mall, a little bare bones interior right now. Friendly people inside with some good looking foods. They have boudin sausage pastry, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, Premium donuts and..Apple fritters! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, an Apple fritter, and a plain donut. I believe a donut shop should have a great plain donut, or else the rest will not be great. Well, they have a great plain donut. Moist with just a hint of the frying oil, tasty dough... excellent! One bite of the fritter gave me a sugar rush!! Very good.. The breakfast sandwich was fantastic. The croissant was very good with nice crispy bacon, and fresh egg and cheese. Jan 24 This is my family’s new favorite doughnut shop. Service is fast and easy for in and out grabs. Their sausage boudin kolach is a great savory breakfast option and they have a ton of beverages to pair with - coffee, milk, energy drinks etc. definitely recommend a stop here. The staff are nice and friendly. I stopped in with the hopes of getting breakfast for my office staff. They did not hesitate to make extra croissant sandwiches, which were delicious! Their kolaches, boudin and sausage, were a big hit in the office. They have a variety of donuts, apple fritters, cinnamon buns, and breakfast sandwiches (bacon or sausage, egg, and cheese on either a croissant or biscuit or as a burrito).
