Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisiana

i don't know why i keep going back here. my wife likes their pizza, but this experience will definitely keep us away for good. the first time we took a break was when i was waiting on my carryout order in the lobby and saw pizza pans fall to the ground in the prep area. employees walked around them and didn't pick them up during the entire time i was waiting--at least 10 minutes. they saw them. they walked over and around them. they just didn't have a problem with pizza pans actually being on the tile floor after having been dropped. the second break was when a cashier went searching all over the store looking for paper plates for me. i appreciate their efforts. however, they spilled a sleeve of them on the ground. then picked them up and placed them back on the shelf. they finally presented me with a dozen for me to take home. there have been other instances of just generally rude or unfriendly cashiers or cashiers who've been eating or coughing or wiping their faces and then handing me my pizza boxes. i'm glad i have a healthy immune system. this most recent time, i called several times and was put on hold all of those times for a total of about 15 minutes. eventually a manager had a lengthy conversation with me where they didn't care what the menu on the app said or what the picture showed. they were only giving me 5 bread sticks and 5 cinnamon sticks. even though the description and picture clearly showed 5 break sticks and 10 cinn. sticks. they told me to take it up with corporate. i'm...

Dont order from here. On 1/29/2012 I ordered a large pizza at 4:15pm online. I was watching the progress on my phone. Tge pizza went in to the oven at 4:19pm. ( I use to work for papa john so i know that it takes at best 8 mins for a pizza to move from one end of the oven to the next).. At 4:45pm i called the store becuse i have not received ny pizza. ( now I live 4 mins away from this location.) The girl on the phone said " oh we have one driver. He has two orders an he went out about 15 mins ago".. So i waited. 5:20pm came still no pizza so i called back. The girl said the same thing. At 5:40 pm i finale got my pizza. A rather almost cold pizza. The driver looked high an not carring at all. When i called back to speak to the MOD. She hung up on my three times... I Would personally say order from another pizza company. The staff there are untrain and unprofessional. Hell if i wanted sumi frozen pizza i would have bought a...

I wish the dine-in options would come back! Add a buffett at some locations with extra topping options too.
