So, today I had a bad experience at this location. Me and my girlfriend went there and ordered 2 sandwiches which we also tipped on. We decided to to eat it inside the store but after sitting for 10 minutes, something happened and we needed to get our food Togo. I went up to the counter and told them I needed it Togo, didn’t say it rude and even apologized for the inconvenience. I sat back at the booth with my girlfriend when a employee came up to the booth less than a minute later. He said “Your food is up, like it’s in the window now. Do you still want it to go?” to which I replied “yeah, I’m so sorry about that.” He looked away from me and rudely said “Okay, then.” and walked away from our booth. At this point we both feel slightly embarrassed. Next, a different employee comes up to the booth and throws the bag down on the table, doesn’t say anything at all and walks away. All the side/soup containers are on their sides with one of them not even closed all the way. Once we’re finally able to eat, the side of Mac and cheese we got with one of the sandwiches has a hair stuck to the lid and the Mac and cheese just straight up wasn’t good.
Now listen, I’ve worked in the service industry for over 10 years and people wanting their food Togo after ordering for here, is a very common thing. I’ll never go back to this location ever again and I feel embarrassed to even be treated that way, over...
Read moreI’m extremely upset with this location. I’ve been in the serving industry for over 10 years and have never seen a manager not give a single care in the world about a customer. I placed an online order at this location and waited 53 minutes before even talking to the manager.. they were busy and I was trying my best to be patient but this took up my entire lunch break. The sweet cashier saw my frustration and gave me a free drink while I was waiting for the manager. The manger Kelly finally comes out and proceeded to say she can’t find my order in the system so there was nothing she could do for me. I showed them how it came out my bank account as well and she basically said it wasn’t her problem and I could call to get a refund.. I was like so I’ve been here for an hour and ur not gonna make this right and shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Idk where they find management now adays but this is not how u treat a customer.. I was very upset that I now wasted my entire lunch break and I have no food and need to get back to work. Along having diabetes and taking my insulin for the food I paid for. Read moreThis used to be my FAVORITE place to get a chicken salad sandwich. Ive always placed and paid for my order ahead of time. The past year has been a total decline for this location. The first few times I went in and had to wait an additional 20mins for my order... There were a few other times that my order was wrong.... and now today I checked in at the To-Go counter and was told my order wasn’t ready. After waiting 15mins I followed up with the cashier... She proceeds to ask the employee on the line on the line in the kitchen where the order is. He very loudly and rudely said it was finished and that the cashier must have given it to the wrong customer. Not once did he apologize or offer to remake my order or offer any sort of solution. Look I get it. Mistakes happen we are all human, but it is never ok for a grown man to berate a coworker. A teenage cashier at that. I interrupted him and said please just make my order.
