There were two customers in front of me inside, yet it took over 20 minutes for them to take my order. The woman took those customers' order quickly, and then made me wait about 15 minutes before taking mine. In that time, they served other customers who had been waiting on their food, messing up every single one of their orders in some way, which resulted in more waiting due to having to correct simple mistakes. My order was no different, as my Caramel Frappe was also messed up. There's a gas station in this location, so after finally placing my order, I proceeded to pay for and pump my gas, as well as smoke a cigarette, before returning inside to collect my order. Even after getting gas and smoking, I still waited another 10 minutes just to get my order, plus the added time it took to correct my drink. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just incompetent. It takes a lot for my to take the time out of my day and make the effort to write a review, but this was not the first time I've had issues with this location. If it wasn't so conveniently located, I wouldn't have given it as many chances as I have. But this will be my last time here. Waiting 45+ minutes for FAST food almost every time I have frequented this location is ridiculous. If they are understaffed, they need to hire more people. If they are properly staffed and just can't handle any complexity with orders, they should either relieve themselves of the employees who consistently make mistakes and therefore keep the location from operating efficiently, or they should overstaffed to at least have some sort of flow. But the workers that are there move with ZERO sense of urgency as it is, managers included, and they are not friendly. The apology given to me for the wait sounded insincere and almost robotic (probably because of how often they have to apologize for time management issues, I would assume). When you constantly have to apologize for something, and you fail to actually correct the behavior, then it makes sense that the apology would sound insincere... Because not trying to correct the behavior shows that you actually do NOT care. That's the problem with this store... The employees act as if they hate their jobs and would rather be at home. I work in the service industry myself. Do I like my job? NO. Do I act like I hate my job? Absolutely not. It's all about customer service, and customers aren't going to want to come back to a place where they feel like no one likes their jobs... Who wants to go to such an unhappy environment where they are guaranteed a negative experience because of employees' poor attitudes? I can't think of anyone in their right mind who wants to have a bad time except for maybe a masochist. So ive now exhausted numerous chances on this place to get it together. Never ever again will I spend my money here, and I encourage everyone else taking the time to read this to do the same... The Taco Bell nearby has always been fast, efficient, and cordial. So even though this McDonalds is seemingly convenient because of the gas station attached to it, I recommend dining elsewhere if you are on a time...
Read moreInitially, I asked at the drive through if that location had any lettuce before ordering as I encountered that problem when ordering just yesterday at a different McDonalds. When I was told they did, I ordered 4 hot n spicy sandwiches, paid and went to the second window. I was handed my drink and I sat for a bit. An employee came to the window and said there were two sandwiches ready and two that needed to go in the grease. I told him I'd wait but was given no instruction to move or wait elsewhere. Soon after, I was handed my bag and I made my way home. Once home, I began opening the sandwiches and saw that two were some type of burger. This has happened to me before at this location with the same order so this time I went back. I got in the line and waited again for 10-15 minutes before getting to the second window. When the guy inside saw me with my bag he turned and said ugh. I'm always nice and patient with anyone in the service industry from working there myself, so it could only be because he was aware of why I was back. I had my receipt but was never asked for it. I told the employee what I ordered and what I received while handing him the bag with the burgers inside. He said ok, took the bag, and assembled my order. When he handed me the new bag, I opened it and saw two chicken sandwiches with cheese as I ordered and drove away. Once home, we came to realize they were in fact not spicy chicken but regular chicken patties. I refused to drive back again so we were stuck with items I did not order for the second time. If I was told up front, I wouldn't have ordered them or just gotten a refund for the items not available. Just a complete...
Read moreI have given this McDonalds multiple chances. For a customer service driven business, their customer service is deplorable. They are rude, short and unfriendly. The service is always slow no matter what time you go and the food is most often not up to McDonalds standards. The parking lot/drive through lane always has garbage laying around. My visit today was typical for this location. I ordered a meal of the day $5.00 asking to have the drink up sized to a lg and another lg coke. I was told that the meal comes with a med drink. When I asked to have the drink up sized to a lg which shouldn't be any more expensive since McDonalds advertises any size drink for a $1. They up sized me but charged me almost $1 to do it. I asked to speak with the manager and he had no customer service skills and mumbled something I couldn't understand and walked away. They had difficulty getting my order together and when they did the girl handed it out without saying thank you or anything for that matter and closed the window. The quarter pounder had definitely been sitting in the warmer as it did not taste fresh. The fries were luke warm and lacking in salt. I called the 800 number on the window and left a message about 2 hours ago but haven't heard back from them yet! That location won't get another dime from...
