On May 19th 2023 at 8:50 PM. I drove through drive through which had lite traffic at the end of the night. A nice young man Took my order he was pretty pleasant but once I got close to the Drive through window a young lady walked to me with my food and frosted lemonade drink. The drink had sweat on the side of it ( Condensation )and was super watery I asked the young lady whom had glasses on if she could just throw it away because it obviously had been sitting and she stated that she Couldn't take anything from Us anymore because that's a hazard which I totally understand but as a valued customer that has a business in Metairie Louisiana. What I would have done for any unhappy paying customer was to at least attempt to care enough to replace it with another drink or offer my customer a refund for that item but that would be to much to ask for Especially since money is involved. This is not the first Time that I have received food cold, made wrong or not well prepared.. I was willing to throw away a drink that I had just purchased that cost well over $5. That's how bad I did not want the unpleasant Experience are the drink. Chick fil A cares more about every dollar they make an less about their customers experience. Change Your Values! We chose chick-fil-A because of their known fast paced drive thru. a hopper took our order and we paid cash, as we pull up to the window to receive our order we were told to pull around until they investigate what happened, in that moment we told (BEAU) that we can not wait because we are on a time schedule. can we just get our money back instead. He then told us our only options were to pull up or he was going to call the POLICE, without explaining why we couldn't get our food or what happened. this was indeed BULLYING! after asking for our money multiple times, the manager on duty who witnessed the word exchange still only brought food to our car. They could not find where we paid for our food after the team member who had taken our order admitted to receiving a payment from us, so they denied us a refund and gave us food, as I stated earlier we did not have the time to wait because of appointments we have committed to at our business.
