When I stepped up to the counter, there was a cashier, but I was not greeted. Instead, I received a head nod, like I was supposed to read her mind, "May I take your order?" I ordered the new mushroom swiss sandwich, and the mushrooms and onions were room temperature and had been sitting in the warmer. The sandwich had a good taste, but I wonder how much better it would have been with fresher onions and mushrooms. The fries were nice and hot, and the drink was good. I forgot ketchup, so I went back to get ketchup since it wasn't readily available. The expediter had her back turned to me, but was trying to put pies in the warmer. She saw me standing there, but would not acknowledge me. The original cashier came from checking trash. I asked if I could get ketchup. She also never acknowledged me, but picked up a handful of ketchup and handed it to me. I thanked her several times, but nothing. Seriously. If these people dont want to work or have a job, there are people that do. Because of the treatment and horrible service, I will never step foot in that LaPalco Blvd. McDonald's again. One more thing, the manager seemed to be only concerned with drive thru, considering my order was to dine in, and she placed it in a bag. She was VERY nice and bubbly, and had a go get 'em attitude, but seemed very busy. She needs to pay more attention if she is handing out front...
Read moreThe location is Lapalco Blvd There’s a young lady today will be her 3rd day she looked very discouraged yesterday. The manager or crew member with the long yellow fingernails and black hair yellow crew jacket…she’s very rude it’s like she expected the girl to know everything in two days dealing with the front end. It made me very upset the way she spoke to the young lady she clearly did not want to help the young lady and when she walked over to help the young lady with a register issue instead of speaking out loud what she was doing she pressed buttons real fast and walked away. I would never send my child to work there as long as her attitude is like that. It’s definitely not good having a bad attitude working on a front end someone needs to talk to her she clearly is not a TEAM PLAYER. I really felt bad for the young lady who is a new employee there it’s like she was so discouraged she didn’t even wanna bother anyone to ask them for help. That’s bad business when people make you feel like you can’t even come to them for help. I pray she gets stronger and her strength increases she has the potential to be great on that front end I saw it in her! I pray she stays seems as if Negative Nancy has ran a few...
Read moreAfter waiting 24 minutes in the drive through lane, finally getting to the speaker and waited another 10 minutes. No one ever acknowledged that I was there. I pull around to the 1st window no one is there but there is an employee at the 2nd window passing out drinks and a bag. When I pull up she closes the window. I get her attention to let her know that no one ever took my order. She said “I know ma’am we’re taking two orders at a time.” I asked how was I going to place my order? She said “you have to get back in line.” Mind you that it is now 9:34pm and now 3 more cars have pulled into the drive through. My frustration was at 10. Once before several cars and myself waited over 20 minutes to place an order only to find out that they had closed early. A simple we’ll be right with you, would have let me know that yes they are there and still taking orders. Common courtesy goes a long way. We live 3 minutes away but I will never spend another minute of my time and definitely not my hard earned money to support this location ever again.
