That's it. This place is not only getting more expensive, but the care the employees seem to show has gotten RIDICULOUS! I have been there 5 times in the last month and will never go back again. I order drive-thru and they get the order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not once, not here and there, EVERY time. I got back to complain and they could really care less. I am convinced they are stealing. Charge me for 2 quarter pounders then when I get home it's 2 Cheeseburgers. This was just the most recent! I went a few evening ago and he cashier head her phone in her hand, headphones on. I had to repeat myself three times before she even managed to hear me. Then they gave me the wrong person's order. I tried to explain it was wrong, but they didn't care, they just gave me more bags of food and would not even take the old bags back. Then they gave me a special made order and while looking for it, it sounded like I was in a rap video. Every second word began with the letter F and the N word was dropped so many times I was embarrassed to even be there. When the discussion of raising minimum wage comes up, I am all for it, BUT, places like this just make we hope they shut down because hardly any of the crew deserves it. Let's talk Ice Cream. In the last 17 visits, the machine has been down. I like to keep a spreadsheet on this location and what was messed up, how attentive the employees are and the brash language constantly coming through the window. I refuse to take my children there any more. We literally drive 4 miles further just to bypass this one. Every now and then we are in a rush and decide to give them a chance. Read moreWe live off Harvard and veterans so this is the closest McDonald's to our home location and with a 5-year-old son who loves Happy meals our family goes to McDonald's at least twice a week. We have had multiple bad experiences at this location mainly using the drive-thru, the lines sometimes does not move for up to 10 minutes when it finally is your turn to order you're greeted with silence. I awkwardly ask hello is anyone there and nobody replies then about 5 minutes of silence and me deciding whether or not I should drive away or stay because I already invested 20 minutes in the line waiting someone finally begins to take your order but before you even say anything they're already mad and giving you an attitude God forbid you have any questions about the food you're about to order or want to know how much something is. I've wasted countless minutes over many visits at the specific veterans location and the whole family agrees not to use this location anymore including my five-year-old son. So are alternative is driving to the McDonald's on Clearview passed the service road and i10 freeway the lines are very busy but consistently move there and the employees do not have an attitude at that location. It seems the employees at this veterans location are completely fine with doing the bare minimum and the manager could probably care less my recommendation is drive the extra 3 miles to a different location and be satisfied with the customer service instead of eating your food angry, if you even get to order that is..... Read moreUpon entering , my wife and I stood in line for a good few minutes waiting for an employee to take our order. After realizing no one was going to come to the counter, we begrudgingly ordered through the kiosk. My wife then went to the bathroom to find all the stalls were dirty ,out of toilet paper and the floor so slick with grease that she almost slipped and fell. While waiting for our food to be made, we witnessed the manager handle money ,wipe her nose and then without washing her hands ,pick the food up off the line , place it in a customers bag and then hand it off. After all this, there was no ice in the drink machine . Upon asking for ice,the employee stated it would be a minute, because he would have to fill up all the Ice and went back to what he was doing. So I was forced to ask the girl working the McCafe machine if she would mind giving us a small cup of ice. The manager saw this and did absolutely nothing about it. Overall, I am displeased with the service I received. The lack of hygeine , cleanliness, and general uncaring attitude from the employees almost made me leave.
